    Minh's dad was a pretty interesting character, although not as good as Kahn's mom, Laoma. The karaoke-song-stealing was funny, especially since Gen. Gum didn't really sing, just shouted, I still thought the episode could have been better. I can't really put my finger on why I wasn't a huge fan, and I definitely thought "Untitled Blake McCormick Project" and "Raise the Steaks" were better.

    This was definitely an okay episode; entertaining, but very unspectacular. It was interesting to finally meet The General, though he seems like an Laotian carbon-copy of Cotton Hill. The karaoke metaphor was a little muddled, though.

    "There's got to be a morning after... we're moving closer to the shore..."

    Another observation: Connie is the only person in her family that's sane, not to mention easy to get along with.

    Minh's dad is in town, which draw's Kahn's ire because his father-in-law is a complete hard*** who's always hated his guts. While picking up hot sauce for the general (long story), he wanders into a karaoke bar and sings that "Posideon Adventure" song.

    It was nice to see an episode with the Souphanousinphones. But I felt it could've been better. Not much humor in a story that did keep my interest throughout.
