One of the Omega girls refers to Luanne and Peggy as Blonde Jane and Old Jane, however she herself was blonde, and was there before Luanne. She should have been Blonde Jane, and Luanne something else.
In the emu insurance fraud subplot, Buck seems to misunderstand the concept of corpus delicti. If Hank could have actually dug up the bodies of four shot-up emus and presented them to Buck's insurance company, that would have been corpus delicti (proof of a crime having been actually committed) for Buck's fraud attempt not for whatever loss he'd claimed. It is not uncommon for people to wrongly believe that the legal concept means literally "a body as proof." For a genuine case of insurable loss, the insurer would likely expect corpus delicti in the form of a police or medical report on the alleged crime or incident not a pile of dead animals.
The Omega House is guarded by a security gate, preventing people from entering or leaving the property without Jane's consent. The gate would've prevented the pizza delivery to Luanne.
Bobby: I just opened the garage door and something big and feathery ran out.
Hank: Oh, God!
Bobby: I said I wanted a PONY!
Mr. Strickland: I want them emus dead, Hank! Make it look like a heart attack.
Peggy: All sororities do hazing. The harder it is, the stronger the friendship. Why do you think POWs are always having reunions?
Peggy: Have you ever wondered why I spend every Friday night with you?
Luanne: Because I challenge you with my intellectual?
Hank: Excuse me, are you with the cult?
Girl: We're not a cult. We're an organization that promotes love, and --
Hank: Yeah, this is it.
(Hank looks for Peggy and Luanne at the Omega House)
Jane: We don't have any Peggys or Luannes. You're thinking of blonde Jane, and old Jane.
Dale (about killing the emus): Even though I'm a killer for hire, I'm doing this pro bono. That means I get to keep the bones.
Sorority Girl: So, was your mother in a house?
Luanne: Well, she's been in a halfway house, and the big house.
Pizza Man: How's it goin', ladies? I have a large meat-lovers pizza for Lu-anne.
Jane: You have an independent streak that makes it very difficult for us to love you.
Luanne: (when a pledge reveals that her mother and grandmother were sorority sisters) Your mother and grandmother were sisters? Your family's more messed up than mine!
While preparing for her date night with Hank, Peggy sings "The Most Beautiful Girl" by Charlie Rich. The song that Luanne is trying to sing at the first sorority house is "Lady Marmalade". The song was originally done by Labelle in 1974, and was covered by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and Lil Kim in 2001. The song playing at Omega when Luanne first arrives is "The Worst Day Ever" by Simple Plan.
The music at the end of the episode where Buck is being attacked by his emus is similar to the theme from the movie Jaws.
The title of this episode is a spoof of the children's books and 1976 and 2005 movie "Fun With Dick And Jane".
