I really liked this episode of King of the Hill. I thought that it was really entertaining and it was well written. Hank was so mad after he realized that he was the one being avoided. I do have to admit that he is the most dull character of the 4, so it makes sense that he was being avoided. My favorite part of this episode had to be where they all get stranded in the middle of the water. I thought their entire experience over board was hilarious! It kept my attention and it was really a good plot. This episode was good and it was a good time consumer. Thank you.moreless

  • A gag packed epiosde for Hank/dale/Bill fans

This episode is just fab, one of the top episodes of the later seasons for sure. The episode has several twists and turns that make it a thrilling epiosde. It has some great gags based on Hanks relationship with the guys, and it is briliant to have an episode like this. I always like it when they go outside on Arlen and this is a great example of that. In particular the part when they are in the sea at the end is really funny and this is certainly on of the more 'joke' based epiosdes. I recommend this episode. Thumbs up.moreless

  • This is great.

    "Great"
This is probably the best episode from the newer seasons of the show, the plot being very simple aka great, was a nice way to start off the tenth season, with one of the simpliest stories of all time.

It cracked me up so bad, when Hank jumped off the boat and dunked Bill into the water, then again when they realised they couldn't get up the boat and Dale trying to rocket up and landing far away from the boat saying, "I must of gone over to the other side of the boat." This plot was really hilarious.

If I'm saying this is such a great episode, you may wonder, "Why the heck is it rated that low?" Well it's because of the peggy and bobby plot, this was so stupid and pointless and boring, it's just pure filler. Infact the only funny part of it was when the guy kicked sand at bobby and bobby yelled out "Mum!!!" In horror.moreless

  • Hank believes that Dale and Boomhauer take annual fishing vacations together to avoid Bill, and convinces them to take the whole gang along. So he is horrified when he learns it is actually him that they want to avoid. A nice start to the tenth season...moreless

The tenth season kicks off with this likable, enjoyable episode.

Hank is shocked to find that Dale and Boomhauer go on an annual fishing trip not to avoid Dale, but to avoid HIM! It's true that Hank can at times be overbearing, and this episode has some great examples of that.
It's great to see him stand up to the slobbish Bill, only for him to come to realise that HE is the problem.

Of course, we all know that there will be some emergency for Hank to prove his worth to his friends, and sure enough, one comes along. It is rather convenient, but is still well played with some good moments.

A sub-plot involves Bobby using the grocery money to buy a metal detector, and Peggy and him using it to try and find treasures. This looked set to be an interesting b-plot, but I found the conclusion of it to be slightly rushed and disappointing.

All-in-all, a really nice episode, a good opening to the season.moreless
