    I'm loving this show, as this epiosode is right up there among my top favorites. The restaurant was a very old and outdated one, and Ramsay had to help, as the managers/owners had no cclue about running a restaurant, and the chef was careless.

    I loved the addition of his UV light test in the bathroom. It was just disgusting to see the exact nature of the filth. The kitchen was just ghastly, and I alwasy find it unbelievable when I watch this show!

    The family seemed to be a nic e one, and I'm happy with the positive outcome in the end!

    Overall, a great episode. I look forward to more great episodes of this amaizing show, and keep it up, Ramsay! You're awesome!moreless
