Episode Summary

Viewers are given a look back at the reformation of three restaurants visited by Gordon Ramsay-- Handlebar, Black Pearl and Casa Roma. Highlights are shown of the highs and lows of each transformation. After each recap, Ramsay is shown returning to the restaurants to meet with the owners again. In two cases, he is able to compliment the owners on their success, but in one he must do some digging to find out why the restaurant failed, despite his attempt to help.moreless
