    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • Carascas doesn't notice the oddity of having just heard Devon's voice giving the fake radio report when he turns on the TV and sees him giving a news report.

      • When KITT scans August Hollenbeck's vitals, he claims he has a weak pulse, but the lowest number in his scan is 125, which would be a very fast pulse.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Michael (over the com-link): KITT?
        KITT: Are you alright, Michael?
Michael: Yeah, if you consider being locked in a six by six, filthy room alright, I'm doing great.

      • KITT: (on his red disguise) I'm the Knight Industries Two Thousand, not a tomato on wheels.

      • KITT: (on dealing with an armed man) What are you planning, Michael?
Michael: (stereotypical Asian accent) Old, Oriental surgical procedure.

    • NOTES (3)

      • The German episode title is "Tödliche Bakterien", meaning "Deadly Bacteria". The French episode title is "Bactéries". The Czech episode title is "Knightova past", meaning "Knight's Trap".

      • The scene of the gas being tested on a monkey at the episode's beginning was taken from the Airwolf episode, "Proof Through the Night"

      • Walter Gotell and Kabir Bedi both appeared in numerous James Bond films. Gotell played Morzeny, who ran the SPECTRE training camp in From Russia With Love and had the recurring role of KGB head General Gogol in every Bond film from The Spy Who Loved Me to The Living Daylights (1987). Bedi played Gobinda, Kamal Khan's henchman in Octopussy.

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • After KITT melts off his plastic disguise shell, Michael knocks a bad guy into the residue and comments, "you've just been slimed," a reference to the movie Ghostbusters.
