    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (7)

      • The hospital where Michael Knight is recovering from the injuries sustained in the explosion is called the Hoff Medical Center, an reference to David Hasselhoff.

      • When Officer Bowman notices Michael Knight's face and talks to him, he calls Devon Miles. How would Officer Bowman know Michael Long is Michael Knight and that he worked for FLAG because Michael Long was presumed dead and that the Knight Foundation kept quiet to the rest of the world about his real identity?

      • When Michael returns to the precinct he worked at as Michael Long, the police office they show from the outside has a California state flag which does not make sense because Michael Long, in the pilot episode, worked for a precinct in Las Vegas, Nevada.

      • When KITT drives over to the building where Michael is being pushed over the balcony, he can clearly be seen to have both of his sun-roofs open. In the next shot they're closed, then Michael jumps and KITT is shown raising the seat but not opening the roofs, and then they're closed again.

      • When Michael first tries to get through the 'secret door' to the inside of the dam, the join of the door can be seen above the shiny new bolts. In later shots, and when the door opens, the join is clearly below them.

      • When KITT convinces Michael to get inside they are at a dead end. KITT is clearly shown shifting himself from park, past neutral and reverse, and into drive, but then immediately reverses.

      • When Michael enters Frank Poole's studio via a garage door, he casts a long shadow in front of him. As soon as the camera angle switches from outside to inside, the shadow vanishes.
