    • TRIVIA (7)

      • Michael attaches the parachutes to the top of KITT, but when they land, the strings of the parachutes are looped underneath KITT.

      • When Michael and KITT leave the drive-in theater, and the other car's tires blow out, you can see the driver's side hubcap begin to roll away from the wheel. However, in the close up, the hubcap is still firmly attached.

      • About halfway through the episode during the aerial shots of them driving on a dirt road, you can briefly see someone's shoe dangle in front of the camera.

      • When Michael and KITT race off to Cactus, AZ in Super Pursuit Mode from the drive-in, the van on the overpass they go under is going equally fast, making it noticeable the video was sped up to make KITT appear faster, whereas the vehicles they are passing in other shots are at a much slower rate.

      • On a few occasions throughout the series, KITT makes it known that he's afraid of flying. In this episode, we find out it's because Bonnie, who's also afraid of flying, programmed KITT with the same fear.

      • Michael asks KITT to generate a list of synonyms of 'sleep,' and KITT includes the word 'snore' in his list, which is not a synonym for 'sleep.'

      • When Nick recognizes that he is being asked how many guards there are by Morse code through his remote control car's headlights, he signals back that there are five. However, while we see him signal back with five dits, which is the code for "5", KITT displays it as though he had spelled out the word "five".

    • QUOTES (6)

      • Ticket Agent: Smoking or non-smoking?
        Bonnie: Smoking.

      • (parachuting to earth)
KITT: Oh, Michael, my fear of flying has been fully justified.
Michael: Come on, pal, it's the ride of your life. This is great!
KITT: A ride, Michael, is taken with four wheels in contact with a hard, smooth surface.

      • Michael: KITT, plot me a course through the minefield.
KITT: OK, Michael, but you're going to feel like a ball in a pinball game.

      • Michael: (trying to help Bonnie with her fear of flying) Flying is safer than driving a car. Tell her, KITT!
KITT: It may be safer than travelling by automobile, Michael, but there is no doubt, that air travel is one of the most unnatural modes of transportation ever devised by the mind of men.
Michael: (irritated) Oh, thanks a lot. You've really helped.

      • Sheriff: The joke's on you, son. You see, I'm the only duly-sworn officer in these here territory that's ever put a ticket on a talking car. And it just don't probably get more better than that.

      • Zurich: (to Bonnie) The Foundation for Law and Government has become your death warrant.
