Goof: The exhaust ports that provide KITT's turbo thrust are not engaged when KITT turbo boosts through KARR.
Goof: When agent Torres is placed inside KARR, a spiked implant stabs him in the center of his chest through his shirt. When Mike approaches Torres after KARR's destruction, there is no hole in Torres' shirt and no chest wound.

Goof:In this episode, it is revealed that KITT was built to create a more compliant personality to eventually modify KARR's personality. However, in "Knight of the Living Dead", it is explained that KITT's personality is part of his neural net and cannot be downloaded or removed.
KARR requires a direct human interface to function properly and complete its missions.
KITT does not require such an interface and can function without human assistance.
Goof: Billy refers to KARR as Knight Automated Roving Robot but in the episode, "Knight of the Living Dead", KITT referred to KARR as the Knight Auto-Cybernetic Roving Robotic-Exoskeleton.
At the time of the original airing, the website that KITT uploaded himself to www.michaelknight.org redirected you to the NBC.com homepage.
Graiman: You can now be the Knight Industries that Wilton Knight always envisioned. You can reinstitute FLAG, the Foundation for Law and Government. Completely autonomous. No more hidden agendas. No more interference. Just what you think is right. You can make a difference. But you must decide.
Sarah: So, what do you say?
Billy: Are you kidding? Of course.
Zoe: You know it.
Michael: One question. Do I get to keep the car?
KITT: Sarah. Your father is my father. I will do anything to help honor his memory.
KARR: We must stop them.
Alex Torres: KARR, stop!
KARR: KITT must be stopped.
Alex Torres: No. KITT is no longer important. You have everything you need. Let him go.
KARR: My analysis indicates that KITT is a potential threat. I will not allow for the possibility of being shut down again.
Alex Torres: I'm giving you a direct order. Stand down.
KARR: I take orders from my creator, Dr. Charles Graiman.
Alex Torres: Graiman is dead. I'm next in command. You take orders from me.
(KARR grabs Torres)
Alex Torres: KARR!
(KARR places Torres inside the cockpit)
KARR: Now, we are one. And I give the orders.
KARR: I must merge with you, Michael Knight. KITT must die! Then you and I will become one! It is our destiny!
