Ancient Romans/Ancient Greeks: The Medusa Shield
Medusa was a gorgon. Gorgon-has the ability, to change any living thing into stone. There were only 3 gorgon sisters. The had the body of a serpent and a head of a woman. But, there famous thing, that they have is the hair of snakes. Medusa-She was a mortal gorgon, yet her head was chopped off by Perseus. Perseus then put her head on Athena's Shield.
