  • THIS PARTICULAR EPISODE FOCUSED ON THEO KOJAK WORKING WITH A PAST NYPD ASSOCIATE WHO RELOCATED TO LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. PORTRAYED BY VINCENT GUARDINIA, THE PAST "KOJAK SIDEKICK" ALSO IS DEDICATED TO HIS NEPHEW THAT HE PROMISED TO RAISE AS HIS OWN. A FINE EXAmoreless

The two detectives although separated by nearly 3,000 miles, have a mutual interest regarding a fugitive from justice. The charachter portrayed by Guardinia must balance his love of police work with the love he has for his nephew who he has promised to raise as "his own son". The admiration is reciprocal throughout this episode as the boy refers to Guardinia as "Unk" thus always following his uncle's wishes. For the vintage Las Vegas enthusiast(such as myself), there are many shots of "The Grande Dammes" which at one time adorned the famous Las Vegas Strip. Truly, a good look back.moreless
