Here's one I'm surprised has taken me a while to think of....

Name: Ace Wayne, aka Bathound (full anthro version)

Species: Sheppard/hound mix (but with a more humanoid body)

Home Universe: KACAFA (short for Krypto Animal Cast as Full Anthros)

Abilities/Equipment: All standard canine abilities, but in a human-sized body that also allows him to stand upright on two legs, have apposeable thumbs and age at the same rate as humans; Considerable intelligence; Brilliant detective and strategist; Master of more than a dozen martial arts; Master escape artist; Master of disguise; Utility belt (that's right, belt, not collar) full of high-tech gear; Entire costume is made out of materials designed to resist gunfire, temperature extremes and acid as well as highly insulated against electricity; Cape also doubles as a glider.

Background: This version of Ace hails from a universe where anthropomorphic animals became the dominant race (this was actually inspired by a compromise between Knight Mysterio's "World Without Humans" and Earth-C-Minus [home of the Just'a Lotta Animals]), and in fact, his life is almost a complete parallel to Bruce Wayne/Batman's life; he was a pup born to a loving couple of rich society dogs who happened to witness his parents' murder at the hands of a lowly street rat (literally a rat) and spent years honing his mind and body to the very peak of anthro-canine performance in preparation to begin his crusade against all criminals. The only real differences between Bruce Wayne and this universe's version of Ace is the fact that, being an anthro dog, he's got somewhat better speed than Batman and his senses of hearing and smell are better too.

Personality: As Ace Wayne. he usually puts on a show of being a foppish, clumsy playboy, but this is just a front. As Bathound, he's grim, serious, intelligent and brave.... a total pro when it comes to crime-fighting. The one big difference between BatMAN and this version of Bat HOUND; Bathound is somewhat less paranoid (though only SOMEWHAT) of his fellow animal heroes.

Description: A six-foot, two-inch tall humanoid looking grey furred Shepard/hound mix with a fair amount of lean muscle. As Ace Wayne he wears assorted business suits. As Bathound, he wears an almost all black costume consisting of bodysuit, gloves, boots, cape and cowl. The only parts of his costume that AREN'T black is his utility belt and the oval on his chest containing the black bat-symbol; the belt and oval are yellow.

Gravy, I'll see what I can come up with. :-) *ponders thoughtfully*

Also, this is *slightly* OT, but I just noticed that you mentioned anthro-Ace having better senses and such then a human. Too many pple forget that anthro animals would have an edge over humans in terms of physical stats, so it makes me happy on the inside to see pple like you who do remember stuff like that. *thumbs up*

abilities/equipment: (bud)has enhanced reflexes, and a highly electric buzzer. (lou)super strength, durablity and doesn't nead to breath, has a mallet as his weapon.

background: they are pretty much the joker of the KACAFA-verse. they were once criminals who fought bathound and fell into a vat of cemicals.

    personality: they are both crazy.

Name: Skip Kent aka Krypto aka Superdog (KACAFA-verse)

    Species: Kryptonian anthro-canine

    Home Universe: KACAFA-verse

Abilities: Pretty much all the same ones as SuperMAN, but being that he IS a dog (albeit an anthro-one), his super-speed is at a somewhat higher level and his super-hearing and super-smell are at a MUCH higher level. Though, of course, he DOES still have problems with Kryptonite, magic, red sun radiation and heavy gravity.

Background: Pretty much a parallel to Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman for the most part; Rocketed to Earth from the doomed planet Krypton as an infant, lovingly raised by kindly farm dogs that taught him a tremendous sense of justice and responsibility, started developing a tremendous arsenal of super-powers in his mid-teens, which he opted to use to help others in danger when he could and discovered his alien origins. You know the drill.

Of course, he did his good deeds completely anonymously at first, being very careful to make the good deeds look like nothing more than acts of nature or extremely good luck. That was until a badly damaged aircraft in Metroplis forced him into direct action with a crowd that would make it impossible to keep a low profile. On board that plane he saved was a feisty female reporter by the name of Rosie Lane who dubbed the one who saved her and everybody else on that plane "Superdog". From then on, Skip Kent began operating under a costume that would allow him to operate openly, but still maintain a measure of anonymity when he wasn't in action. As Skip Kent, he became a hard-hitting, but mild-mannered, reporter for the Daily Planet, where, oddly enough, Rosie Lane ALSO worked. The only real differences between Skip Kent/Krypto/Superdog and Clark Kent/Kal-El/Superman; 1. Rosie Lane DID figure out pretty early on that Skip and Superdog were one and the same, but has kept it a secret for much of Superodg's career (literally the entire time she's known, in fact). and 2. Streaky Danvers Olsen (aka SuperCAT) acts as his sidekick (whereas SuperMAN doesn't really have a sidekick per say).

Personality: Basically a friendly, good-natured anthro-dog with a highly developed sense of right and wrong and a very strict moral code and who is actually pretty humble despite his tremendous power.

Description: White furred, six-foot-three, well-muscled anthro-dog who is typically dressed in assorted suits and a pair of fake glasses as Skip Kent and is garbed in the classic Superman uniform as Superdog.

Notes: 1. Skip was Krypto's Earth alias in the Silver Age.

    2. Rosie Lane is, obviously, Rosie cast in the Lois Lane role in this universe.

    3. Streaky's middle and last names in this universe are, obviously nods to, respectivly Linda Danvers (the Silver Age Supergirl's [and also Streaky's owner back in the Pre-Crisis era] civilian identity) and, of course, Jimmy Olsen.

name: isis kyle aka cat stalker(because cat-woman makes no sence in this universe)

    species: female cat(saimise)

    home universe: KACAFA-verse

abilities/equipment: a master gymnist, martial artist, and thief. can see perfectly in the dark(she is a cat after all). her weapon of choice is a bullwhip.

backgound: she seems like your typical millionariss, but she's really a highly trained (parden the pun)cat burglar. she is also bathound's most crever rivals. in her civillian identity, she is one ace wayne's love interest(though nethier of them knows that they are rivals).

personality: clever, sneaky, and a flirt.

discription: an anthro version of isis, wears a black ninja/spy like costume.

sorry, couldn't resist a cross species couple.

Quite all right, Mammal_Mage. Truth be known, I was going to try to do one for Isis (or, rather, Isis Kyle) myself after I got the one for Krypto taken care of. You just beat me to the punch. I don't mind at all though.

    Now:

Name: Streaky Danvers Olsen aka Supercat

    Species: Anthro-tabby cat

    Home Universe: KACAFA-verse.

Abilities: Before the duplicating ray accident that copied Superdog's powers onto Streaky, he was merely a skilled and streetwise photographer who was decent at hand-to-hand combat (not martial arts' master level, but he COULD hold his own against just about any anthro up to twice his size that had neither super-powers nor extensive combat training) and knew how to think fast in a tough spot. He still has those skills now (though the increased agility and reflexes have improved his fighting skills to where he could now hold his own again low-to-medium-level super-anthros twice his size without needing to use any of his other powers), but now he also has all of the powers of SuperDOG (except that given that he is a smaller size than Superdog, his super-strength and invulnerability is at a slightly [though ONLY slightly] lesser level [however, this is balanced by the fact that his super-speed and vision powers are a bit better than Superdog's {because he IS a cat}]), plus the added powers of super-CLAWS (again, he IS a cat) and a super-bad-singing power (don't knock it; it's a very handy sonic attack).

Background: At the time Skip Kent joined the Daily Planet staff, Streaky Danvers Olsen was just a talented, but wiseacre photographer who would go to any lengths to get good pictures for the Planet's covered stories. In fact, it's this risk-taking that first led to his and Superdog's first actually meeting. Streaky was trying to get good shots of some canine crooks trying to break into S.T.A.R. Labs, but the dogs spotted him. Fortunately, Superdog was on routine patrol over the area and Streaky was able to tough it out against the gangster dogs long enough for Superdog to get there. The leader tried to use what he thought was a laser cannon on Superdog, but it was actually a duplicator ray that couldn't penetrate the Dog of Steel's super-hide and the richocet ended up hetting Streaky before Superdog finished wrapping up the crooks and leaving them for the police. After that, Superdog flew Streaky to the hospital for a better examination, but the cat was released when the doctors couldn't find anything physically wrong with him. It was, however, later discovered that the duplicator ray copied Superdog's powers on to Streaky (though Streaky also gained a couple of powers Superdog DIDN'T have [based on augmentations of abilities he had before getting super-powers]), very soon after which Superdog started training Streaky to use his powers responsibly. Thus, Streaky Danvers Olsen became Supercat and has even, under Superdog's expert tutelage, become a pretty capable hero in his own right (and one of the very few to figure out Superdog and Skip Kent were one and the same).

Personality: Major league smart-alec, but also very definitely has a pretty good heart; Quick witted and quite willing to take seemingly insane risks to either get a good story as Streaky Olsen or help out somebody in trouble as Supercat; Is a bit hyperactive at times and has sometimes fallen a bit too easily for certain attractive female anthro-cats (though he HAS overcome that problem in relatively recent times) but he IS a fiercely loyal friend, particularly to Skip/Superdog.

Description: Five-foot-nine male anthro cat who is lean, but has some visible muscle and has orange fur with a pair of yellow lightning bolts down the back. As Streaky Danvers Olsen, he wears primarily medium brown T-shirts and shoes, light blue jeans and a dark brown coat. As Supercat, he wears the standard Superman uniform, but with reversed colors.

You can create animal versions of DC heroes and villains for the KACAFA-verse (assuming that's what you meant) you want to.... even if they weren't technically used by the Krypto series yet.

    Name: Dark Lightning

    Species: Tabby cat

    Home Universe: KWLS

Abilities: Dark Lightning possesses double-strength permanent versions of all of the super-powers possessed by Lightning the Supercat (the permanent part meaning his powers aren't dependent on X-Kryptonite AND he is still immune to most forms of Kryptonite and red sun radiation. However, he is still vulnerable to Apollo's Kryptonite-Plus, as well as magic and heavy gravity); Extremely skilled tactician.

Background: Created by Apollo with the genetic material found in a single strand of Lightning's fur (with X-Kryptonite residue contained within) using concentrated ion energy, Dark Lightning is the super-charged evil clone of Lightning the Supercat. Genetically programmed to be absolutely loyal to Apollo and to utterly despise Lightning and Krypto, the feline super-clone put up a brutal battle against the combined efforts of both Lightning AND Krypto (especially since, like Lightning, he's immune to conventional forms of Kryptonite; something he was able to use to cruel advantage against Krypto; and the fact that Dark Lightning's powers are both double-strength AND permanent as compared to the good Lightning gave him TWO advantages over his heroic near-lookalike). It was only thanks to Lightning and Krypto being able to use crack teamwork that they were able to keep Dark Lightning busy until Andrea and Kevin were able to use a Phantom Zone projector provided by Superman to trap the villainous super-feline in the aforementioned Phantom Zone..... for a while anyway. Recently, Apollo figured out how to build a working Phantom Zone projector of his own and used it release Lightning's villainous clone from that prison dimension. Dark Lightning, at Apollo's insistance, ended up joining the Supercat/Batmanx Revenge Squad along with the Joker's hyenas, the Penguin's super-birds, the Downtown Destroyer Dogs, Dogwood, Blue Shadow and Artemis. However, the combined efforts of the entire JSAnimals' line-up, Rosie, Empress, Isis (temporarily allying herself with the heroes because she refused to allow Star to come to harm if she could help it), Supergirl (aka Andrea) and Superboy (aka Kevin) managed to best the assemblage of evildoers with a lot of effort, with Dark Lightning getting set back to the Phantom Zone (and Apollo's Phantom Zone projector [which was fired by Stan and Ollie when they mistook Dark Lightning for the good one] got destroyed in the battle [Krypto used a quick blast of heat vision to take care of the projector before the hyenas could use it again]).

Personality: Completely loyal to Apollo and Lex Luthor, absolutely fearless and obsessively hateful of the good Lightning and Krypto, but is otherwise a highly intelligent and resourceful cat who is quite capable of independent thought as long as it doesn't lead to him betraying Apollo or Luthor; Like any true villain, Dark Lightning is utterly ruthless, can be pretty treacherous at times (the only two he'll never betray are Apollo and Luthor themselves) and is ever-scheming.

Description: Looks just like Lightning, except the lightning bolt marks on his back are black and the red cape is a somewhat darker shade AND the Superman emblem infringed on it is black.

Lenny (also known as Superkitten, Duplicat)

    Species: orange tabby kitten

    Home universe: KWLS

Personality: Cheerful and outgoing, Lenny is very sensitive and has an assertive, take-charge personality. He is extremely loyal to his Uncle Lightning and to Krypto who he thinks of as a second uncle.

Lenny is the nephew of Lightning the Supercat and, later as an adult, a superhero in his own right. As a kitten he occasionally accompanied his uncle and Krypto on patrol. Lightning tried to discourage it because of the possible danger but Krypto enjoyed having Lenny around to lighten the mood because Krypto thought Lightning was often too stuffy in his approach to crimefighting.
Lenny is the son of Lightning's sister, Libby, and lives on a farm near Metropolis.
The founder of the Superdog Fan Club, along with his friends, Joey, Lacey and Cocoa, Lenny has always hero-worshipped his uncle, but Lightning was uncomfortable with the adoration and always seemed too busy to spend much time talking to kids about his superhero activities. So he came up with the idea of asking Lenny to form a Superdog Fan Club. Lightning reasoned that this would help build Krypto's confidence and also provide some good public relations for the heroes.

But Lenny had to be convinced. He liked Krypto but wasn't sure he was a great enough hero to warrant a fan club. So Lightning agreed to take Lenny on patrol with him and let Krypto give a demonstration of his hero abilities. The results were mixed (Krypto trying to stop a bank robbery and accidentally tripping two policemen while Lightning snagged the robbers) and despite Lenny telling Krypto he still thought the superdog was cool, an embarrassed Krypto was moping in the Cat Cavern when he heard Lenny cry for help and saw the kitten menaced by the Downtown Destroyer Dogs (who, despite their ambitions, were not above a little cat harassment). Krypto surprised everyone by angrily plowing into the shocked mutant dogs, disarming them with super speed and knocking them unconscious with his super breath. Lightning, on his way to the rescue when he saw Krypto rout the villainous dogs was also shocked by the usually laid back superdog's show of force but was also pleased to see what his sidekick was capable of when properly motivated. (Seeing Lenny and Krypto walk off together, Lightning smiled and flew off to finish his patrol.) Lenny and the superdog became close friends and Lenny even refers to him as "Uncle Krypto." Krypto frequently visits the Superdog Fan Club and tells stories where he provides most of the super heroics and Lightning is portrayed as a food-obsessed goofy sidekick.
Lenny's other friends include Sparky, the firedog-trainee mentored by Lightning's old friend, Flame the firedog. Lenny also occasionally makes use of Lightning's X-Kryptonite to become Superkitten and Lightning reluctantly accepts his help, although he was heard to complain, "What's next? Superhorse and Supermonkey?"
As an adult, Lenny would become known as a superhero in his own right, working alongside Sparky, as Duplicat and Icedog.
Lenny received his new abilities when accompanying his friend, Sparky, on a fire call. The two were rescuing trapped lab animals from the burning STAR lab building when they were unexpectedly overcome by smoke and separated. Sparky took refuge in what turned out to a freezer where experimental chemicals were stored. Superdog thought he would be frozen to death, but instead the dog was still alive, although his white fur was now colored light blue and he had the ability to project ice and snow through his front paws.
Meanwhile Lightning had found Lenny lying on the floor where he had been struck by the burning duplicating ray. They later found that Lenny now had the ability to split into two cats. When he uses Lightning's X-Kryptonite, the duplicate also has some Kryptonian powers, although not to the same degree as Lenny, i.e. one might have only super strength and heat vision or super speed and super breath.
Lenny and Sparky work as a team and have become nearly as highly-regarded as their mentors, Lightning and Krypto.
