Thanks, 3StarvingArtist. :-D Here's one you and Catfan1 should both recognize. :-D This one is kind of based on the Invisible Man, but also on an old Looney Tunes character. Major thanks to both Catfan1 AND 3StarvingArtist for their help on this one (Catfan1 especially since this character was HIS idea). :-D

    Claude (the Invisible Cat)

    Species: Male mixed-breed domestic cat

Appearance (when visible): Orange-yellow cat of medium size with a somewhat muscular build.

Abilities: Can turn invisible at will (although after turning invisible, he often has trouble becoming visible again [and he can still be seen {sort of} by somebody with the ability to see into the infra-red spectrum {such as Krypto or Streaky when they are actively employing their infra-red vision or Ace when he's using his night-vision goggles}]). He has also relatively recently developed the powers of intangibility (though he can only turn intangible for two minutes every half-hour), self-teleportation (though only once every 30 seconds and never further than 100 yards at a time), telekinesis (he's nowhere near as powerful as Brainy Barker, but he CAN mentally lift up to 250 pounds at a time within a maximum range of ten feet) AND the ability to telepathically induce extreme terror into the minds of anybody he touches (though this ability only works on one individual at a time, is [as aforementioned] limited to the range of touch and only works once every five minutes).

He also has peak feline strength, endurance, speed (his strength, endurance and speed are, in fact, ten times peak feline during periods of particular madness), agility and intelligence -- which are all factors he has learned to combine into excellent combat skills (both armed and paw-to-paw).

He is also a capable tactician, has above average stealth skills even when he ISN'T invisible (actually helped by his newfound intangibility and teleportation powers) and is clever enough to use his abilities to cause maximum confusion for enemies.

Personality: Reasonably intelligent (if not always articulate), quite loyal to the rest of the Nocturne Knights (though he DOES have a hard time controlling his feline urges around Christopher [aka the Wolfrat], whom the Invisible Cat has to constantly remind himself is a comrade, NOT a snack) and willing to take on hero-types, but also mentally unstable, very paranoid, somewhat neurotic and easily frightened when the tables are turned on him (when this happens, he will do anything EXCEPT betray his fellow Nocturne Knights to get out in one piece). His powers have gradually caused him to become more and more unhinged, which has had the effect of making him even more dangerous and ruthless in battle. His sometimes incoherent chatter is frequently punctuated by a nervous giggle

Background: Claude is one of the newest recruits into the Nocturne Knights (he is, so far, the second-to-last sign on) and, though technically one of the least powerful, he more than makes up for it in intellect and stealth. He gained the power of invisibility in an experiment by renegade STAR Labs scientists who happened to be based in London. They were attempting to replicate the rumored accident that gave Supercat the power of invisibility. The experiments were a success, but the scientists were unable to confirm this because Claude used his new abilities to escape. Dracula's pet wolf, Lugosi, was on the lookout for new recruits and Claude, although at first terrified, eventually decided he was lucky to find a home, even if it was among a group of monsters. However, just as Streaky did when HE had the invisibility power, Claude soon began to have trouble controlling the powers, often remaining invisible for days at a time. Claude soon found that the longer he stayed invisible, the more mentally unbalanced he became, but before long he was invisible most of the time. The Nocturne Knights have been able to keep him under control, though, and Lugosi is able to manipulate him just enough so that he is a threat to animal heroes but not to his fellow Knights.

Recently, Claude, driven by a desire to make himself somewhat more useful to the other Nocturne Knights, broke into the same science lab that gave him his invisibility power in the first place to try to increase his own powers. When attempting to sneak out with three small vials; each containing a different potion; Claude ended up brushing against a massive generator and received a potent electrical shock, which caused the three different potion samples to spill all over him. As a result of the combination of the stolen chemicals and the accidental shock, Claude ended up developing the further powers of intangibility, teleportation, limited telekinesis and a touch-telepathy-based "fear touch"... which only served to make the Invisible Cat even MORE dangerous than before – especially when you consider these new powers definitely don't exactly lessen his insanity.

Very nice work. Now the Nocturne Knights are the bad guys right? Just want to make sure. Anyway, here's the last two important members of the Black Talon Society, including Grandor's official profile.

    Name: Lightning Swallow

    Species: Swallow

Abilities/Powers: He can turn himself into living electricity. He can also launch electricity through his wings, and it can travel through any kind of electrical output, including metal floors. The power of his electricity ranges between 1 Kilowatt to 50 Million Volt, and he's still increasing in power as he progresses in strength. His most powerful attack is when he assumes the form of a large lightning phoenix, which he calls his Lightning Phoenix form. Just by being in this form causes electricity to escape his body and cause damage to the surrounding area without having doing a thing. You could say this is an advanced form of Igull's ice wings during his Blizzard Dome attack, without having to conceal the area to hold the power. Like all other Elites, he is also capable of Flash Wing.

Bio: The way his life is played out is rather cliche, and rather familiar to all you Looney Toon fans. As a chick he was really quick on his feet. All the cats near his home would try to go after him when his caretaker was away. But no matter how much they try, they could never catch him. He has yet to meet a cat who can outsmart him for dinner. During one chase he ended up in a Power Plant and got caught in a electrical generator. Having survived he obtained the power of controlling and becoming electricity itself. Ever since it made things a lot easier to avoid being eaten by cats, and having fun in owning them in many ways, including the use of his electrical powers. In fact, eventually he grew bored of his life in a cage and the neighborhood he lived in. He decided to run away and fly off into the world in hopes for a challenge. But he was never satisfied with what he found. This lead to him chasing any cat he met, even the little kittens.

One time he pushed it too far. He chased a family of cats into a dog pound. Little did he realize that those cats actually belong to people, and they got hurt really badly. This made him feel guilty about what he has done. The fun of outsmarting felines has been lost. At least not for long. After many months of guilt, he had unknowningly met Grandor in a church. He confessed what he had done, and was eventually manipulated by Grandor that it was alright. Mammals are meant to end up being serving the birds, because of what he was going to do in the future. This is how he ended up joining the Black Talon Society, in hopes to find one cat who can outsmart him for a change, before he ends up wiping them all out.

Personality: He's really cocky when it comes to fighting. In a way he's like Streaky, who doesn't always takes his fights seriously, except under certain circumstances. Most being when being chased or chasing a cat. When he's not having fun in the chase, he is rather serious and isn't hesitant to anniliate anyone.

Appearance: He's the size of a full grown swallow. His feathers are all yellow, and when he gained his powers he gained the blue lightning stripe marks on his wings. The feathers on top his head lean downward, as if he was one of those human characters who one of their eyes is covered by their hair.

    Name: Grandor

    Species: American Condor

Abilities/Powers: One of his most renowned powers, if you call it one, is his immortality. He continues to age but he can never die from it. The only real way for him to die is if his body is destroyed at once, or being decapitated. Otherwise, he can't die. His age doesn't seem to affect his fighting ability. Despite his looks he fights as if a young adult. He was the first of his group to develop Flash Wing, which like Flash Step, allows the user to move from one spot to another in a flash. Of course the limit and strain it puts with every use varies to how long you have used it. His never wears him down and the range to his steps is farther than anyone else's.

He's not necessary the strongest member of the group, but he is 3 times stronger than your average condor. There's one other ability he seems to of developed from his life, and it's some kind of hypnosis ability. By staring at his enemy and making perfect eye contact with him/her, he can either paralyze the opponent, or put them to sleep. It's hard to do, but once they become hypnotized it's guaranteed they will be out for awhile.

Bio: How he was born with immortality remains to be questioned. He was born around the time mankind first arrived on North America, and around that time a strange comet passed over the Earth. He could of blessed by that, but other wise it's unclear why he's like this.

The good thing about immortality is that you can never die, unless by other means. Things such as decapitation of the head from the main body, or if the entire body is destroyed at once. Other than that, he can't die from other means. Because of this, he was the only condor to actually hunt for his food, where as most condors just scavenge for their food. Over time, he became to realize his immortality, and start to doubt his existance. Everyone around him would grow and die, but he just continued to grow and never die. To him it was rather sad, to continue living and never see the place where all things die and go to when they leave this world. He started to hate life and everything that kept him here. The thing that keeps him living isn't just himself, but the creatures he would eat, mostly mammals. To keep himself occupied and from being alone, he created the Black Talon Society. He used charcoal to dye his talon, and every member's talons black as a sign of alligience. They became the world's first predetorial group of birds to of ever existed. The second being the Five Wings of the Sky, who would soon dominate his group for some time.

Eventually, around this time when technology was far more advanced, he gained the idea of having to rule the world and running it with all birds. His plan was to wipe out all the mammals and make them a part of their feeding frenzy. He would like to run it as a ruler, like a King. So he would be looking for birds like Para-Clone who have talent and skill to be his Queen. At any rate, his plan is almost to fruitation, as he has created a machine that would soon spell the end for all mammals, humans included. What this machine does is to be seen.

Personality: As an old man he is rather wise. He also seems to flirt with the youngens who have talent and power, as shown recently toward Para-Clone. During a fight he will sometimes toy with his opponents, but when he gets seriously angry he will go on a blind rampage. When he does he will attack anyone or anything, friend or foe. He is most deadly and powerful at this point.

Appearance: His is 2 feet taller than your average condor. He sports a rather fancy looking beard under his beak, and has white eyebrows. That's a sure sign that he is really old. Like all members of his group, he has a black talon. His is on the far left of his left foot.

Indeed the Nocturne Knights ARE the bad guys, Isaac. Sorry I didn't respond to this question sooner, but I wanted to make sure 3StarvingArtist, Catfan1 and I had another profile ready before I put down another post. Anyway, thanks for the more detailed profiles on your remaining Black Talon Society members. Immensely appreciated. Anyway, I believe I already thanks Catfan1 and 3StarvingArtist for their help concerning this profile, but I'll still do it here just to be on the safe side:

    Name: Christopher, aka the Wolfrat

    Species: Mystically cursed/enhanced rat (male).

Abilities: As Christopher, he has an excellent capacity for rational thinking, is a very good chemist, possesses peak species strength, speed, agility, endurance and senses, the ability to recover from all wounds, illnesses and injuries NOT involving silver or magic at an extremely accelerated rate AND the power to transform into a mystically-enhanced werewolf during periods of extreme stress (it should be noted that he transforms AUTOMATICALLY during a full moon, when his Wolfrat powers are also at their peak). As the Wolfrat, his strength, speed, agility, endurance and senses are all proportionately heightened twentyfold (TWO HUNDREDfold during full moons), his claws and teeth are literally magically sharp (so they can rend even Kryptonian skin and fur), he is invulnerable to anything except silver and magic and, during full moons, he also has a super-high-pitched "sonic howl" attack. In both forms, he no longer ages.

Personality: As Christopher, he is a rather intelligent and (by rat standards) dignified, if somewhat naive and mild-mannered sort, but being aware of his condition, he typically shies away from close friendships, knowing how dangerous it could be to the other party (the biggest exception to his "'shying away from close friendships" rule is Polo [Proteus's mild-mannered alter-ego], Christopher knowing the puppy has a similar curse, and it DOES help for the both of them to be able to calmly talk about that sort of stuff with each other). He IS, however, resigned to his lot, and does like being on a group where he doesn't have to feel like an outcast or worry about accidentally harming somebody else. As the Wolfrat, he's a savage, fearless and virtually uncontrollable (with the exceptions of his fellow Nocturne Knights concerning the last part) warrior, but is still completely loyal to the other Nocturne Knights.

Physical Description: As Christopher, he resembles an average-sized, mostly well-groomed and reasonably fit-looking male rat with light brown fur. As the Wolfrat, he has black fur and is three times taller and three times more proportionately muscular then any ordinary rat, with gleaming, light silver-colored claws and fangs.

Background: Once just a particularly intelligent, but otherwise ordinary, rat living in London, Christopher’s life was changed forever when he travelled to Transylvania (accidentally stowing away on a vehicle bound for the region because he happened to take an extended nap while onboard said vehicle). Soon after arriving, the rodent came across a silver pendant that was engraved with a wolf’s head. Christopher took a liking to the pendant and decided to hang onto it, taking it back with him when he returned to London, but was unaware of the fact that the pendant had an ancient gypsy curse on it. As a result of the curse, Christopher became a werewolf.

He came to realize that the pendant was the source of all the trouble and discarded it, but the damage had already been done to him. He's spent a long time studying his condition and has, as a result, became rather well educated even though he is self-taught. Adopted by a loving and wealthy British family with considerable chemical resources, Christopher also learned how to be quite dignified in his normal form. Still, for all of his education and the resources of his adoptive family, Christopher still has yet to find a cure and ultimately left his owners out of concerns for their safety.

Still longing for companionship that he could safely be around though, he ended up signing on with Lugosi's gang of monster animals when the vampire wolf found out about his curse and has been a loyal member ever since. In fact, Christopher was the one who came up with the team name.... the Nocturne Knights.

It was certainly fun working on the Knights with you guys. As for Grandor and Lightning Swallow, looks like the heroes have a bird-style League Of The Paw on their hands... um, paws. Grandor kinda reminds me of Vandal Savage.

And indeed you're right. I sorta, if not accidently, based Grandor on Vandal. I totally forgot about Vandal too. Anyway, I guess if Vandal would have a pet, it would be him.

Here's a new antagonist I created in conjunction with ComicKook and Catfan (so thanks are in order for them both).

    Name: Daimyo.

    Species: Tosu inu.

Abilities/Equipment: Is capable of absorbing energy (such as heat vision, which Krypto and Streaky learned the hard way the first time they met him) and sonic attacks (such as Streaky's super-bad-singing [which the super-cat ALSO learned the hard way the first time he and Krypto fought Daiymo] or Gabrielle's sonic chirp) and then releasing said energy/sonic energy in the form of concussive blasts emitted from his forepaws. The only type of energy he CAN'T absorb is energy that happens to be magic-based. With thanks to the energy he absorbs, he can triple the intensity of his energy blasts. He is also highly skilled in both paw-to-paw (including what could best be described as a canine version of sumo wrestling) and armed combat, and is a skilled criminal mastermind and leader. Has a decided measure of strength and durability due to his massive size and bulk, but can move a lot quicker then what he appears to be capable of (not super-canine speeds, but more like peak-breed level agility and speed).

Background: Daimyo’s background is pretty much like many other League of the Paw members (referring to most of the extremely few members that actually DO have super-powers). He got his energy absorption/projection powers from experiments performed upon him by Japanese scientists loyal to the League of Shadows and was trained in all the ways of combat (including planning) by experts in those fields that ALSO happened to be loyal to the League of Shadows. With his powers, combined with his knack for planning and fighting, it didn't take him too long to climb his way to the top of his area, and now, he is in charge of the League’s operations in Japan.

Personality: Extremely serious, intelligent, and business-like, Daimyo isn’t one for cracking jokes, especially while fighting (because of this, he despises pretty much ALL the smart-aleck-type hero animals [i.e. Stretch-O-Mutt and many of the "sidekick types"]). It's both despite and because of this that he gets along surprisingly well with the Silver Banshee's pet wolf Solstice (while neither will ever admit to anybody being a friend of their’s, each does have a very strong respect for the other one). He prides himself on his combat skills, and relishes a good opponent. Thus, he has a VERY strong "opposing respect" for Ace the Bat Hound, who was the only NON-super-powered animal to EVER defeat him one-on-one. He despises cowards and weaklings (and that ESPECIALLY includes within his ranks; he always makes sure that ALL of those under his command are, at least, well-trained fighters who won't back down from even the most formidable opponents). While fighting, he remains utterly silent, even if he should be hurt, which sometimes has the effect of disturbing his foes. He has a healthy respect for fellow LoTP lieutenant Mackinley and leaders Augustin and Moses.

General Physical Description: Large, powerfully-built male tosa inu who wears a white collar; rarely smiles (except when fighting those who he considers truly worthy enemies). Has tannish-yellow fur and dark brown eyes.

Ideal Voice: Noah Nelson (Tohru from Jackie Chan Adventures).

Here's another character Catfan1 and I worked together on. Actually, it's only a SEMI-original character, since it's based on an actual DC Comics character (though Catfan1 and I added our own touches to the character to qualify him as semi-original [including making him probably somewhat more powerful than he is in the actual comics]). At any rate, here's the character I mentioned.

    Name: Rex the Wonder Dog

Species: Chemically-enhanced; and later MAGICALLY-enhanced; German Sheperd (male)

Abilities: Until 1942, he had precisely the abilities of an ordinary well-conditioned adult dog his size and breed with war dog training.

However, following a 1942 army experiment but prior to 1947, Rex's strength, speed, agility, endurance, senses and intelligence were ALL permanently boosted twentyfold.

In 1947, following the accidental discovery of and drinking from the fabled Fountain of Youth, Rex also no longer aged (but he was still mortal in the sense that he was vulnerable to violent death). In fact, his physical age was even reduced back down to what it was in 1942. Plus, Rex's already super-canine strength, speed, agility, endurance, senses and intelligence were permanently quadrupled; this means that his strength, speed, agility, endurance, senses and intelligence were now EIGHTY times peak canine; and he became omnilingual (i.e. able to understand and speak any language, but he only shows this last talent around highly trustworthy others).

Over the many years he's been alive, Rex has mastered MANY skills; including strategy, detective work (while not as good as his long time friend Detective Chimp, but he is still extremely capable in that field), escape artistry, acting, weapons' use, horse riding and paw-to-paw combat (paw-to-paw combat especially).

Personality: Rex is a courageous, dedicated (even to the point of frequent voluntary seeming self-sacrifice), intelligent and kind-hearted canine whose drive to right wrongs and help the innocent helped make him a highly regarded hero in his day (and, in fact, in many ways, the very first canine super-hero and the inspiration for an early 21st century bio-pic [see "Background"]). Still, for all of his drive and intelligence, Rex IS, at heart, still a pretty humble canine who is happier playing the type of quiet games a normal dog likes to play with humans than he is fighting monsters and super-villains [though he doesn't shy away from the action when it IS time to do his duty]). His biggest flaws are a habit of trying to do almost everything himself except in the truly major emergencies (due to not wanting anybody else in harm's way because of him if he can help it), a tendency to shy away from personal relationships (owing to the fact that he knows he'll long outlive almost any other canine [or feline for that matter]) and the fact that he's almost obsessed with playing fair in everything he does.

Description: Your standard all-white German Sheperd, save for his dark green collar with army tags.

Background: Perhaps one of the most legendary canine heroes of the mid-20th century, Rex got his start in 1942 when he was enrolled in "war dog training camp". Even during this period, Rex showed such respectable courage, athletism and intelligence that he was selected to be the subject of an army experiment to create an army of SUPER-war dogs. Though the serum Rex was injected with permanently increased the German Sheperd's already peak species physical and mental prowess (in fact, Rex's strength, speed, endurance, agility, senses and intelligence were twenty times greater than they once were), the scientists didn't get a chance to repeat the process on any other dogs due to the efforts of a Nazi master spy who had infiltrated the compound.

All the same, Rex faithfully fought Nazis, fifth columnists and gangsters all throughout the war (and even became one of the arch-enemies of Dracula's pet wolf Lugosi, the German Sheperd having his first fight with the vampire wolf in 1943 [though NONE of Rex's battles with Lugosi ever reached the public eye, so this isn't covered in the Rex biopic]). Even after the war, in fact, Rex continued to have extraordinary adventures (indeed, he had many of his greatest adventures peppered in between the late-1940s and the early-1970s), including the accidental discovery of the Fountain of Youth back in 1947 (though this isn't covered in the Rex bio-pic because nobody but Rex and Detective Chimp [this was the first time Rex and Detective Chimp {then simply called "Bobo"} ever met] ever found out that the two animals discovered the legendary fountain) and an encounter with some dinosaurs in the late-1950s.

Throughout the late-1940s all the way up to the early-1970s, Rex and Detective Chimp shared many adventures, including several that would end up actually paralleling some of the later team-ups of Krypto the Superdog and Ace the Bat Hound and, also like Krypto and Ace, the two remain close friends to this very day.

Rex had his last public adventure (and greatest adventure, period) in 1972 when he and Detective Chimp saved the Earth from an army of alien gorillas with their own army of cybernetically enhanced slaves, but this didn't mean Rex had truly retired from heroing (he tried to, admittedly, but there was always SOME emergency dragging him back into the game [t's just that none of his later adventures spilled into the public eye]). In fact, Rex became one of the founders of the Knights of the Komondor and is presently one of their top commanders (not covered in the biopic because of the KotK's extremely covert nature).

Rex was portrayed by canine star Thundermutt in an aforementioned biopic which eventually proved to be quite popular with the critics and general public alike, but the actor and the legendary hero did not actually meet until a fair amount after the biopic's completion, when Krypto, Ace and Streaky became aware of Rex's role in the Knights of the Komondor.

Thanks for the compliments on Daimyo, Isaac.

And you and Catfan have done interesting work with Rex, ComicKook. I particularly like the idea of him being one of founding members of the Knights of Komondor (who I hope appear in some more stories).

Next up: a couple of new vilains -- or are they? My thanks to ComicKook and Catfan's great input and ideas for these guys.

    Felony and Miss Demeanor

    Name: Felony.

    Species: Mix-breed tomcat.

Abilities/Equipment: Is a skilled paw-to-paw fighter with peak feline strength, speed, agility and endurance, a cunning tactician/strategist, and has a wide vocabulary. Between him and “Miss D”, he usually acts as the muscle. Both animals are also streetwise and resourceful, as well as skilled thieves, masters of disguise, and con artists.

Physical Description: A large, fairly athletic-looking tomcat, light orange with ginger stripes and white-colored paws, chest, and underside. His eyes are yellow with green irises.

Personality: Generally pretty easygoing for a criminal, mannerable even. He even has his own code of honor: he will not do anything to endanger young animals or kids, he will not take lives except in clear-cut self-defense (and, thankfully, so far, there has not been any situations that have come up where he has HAD TO kill in clear-cut self-defense [thus, he has never taken a life PERIOD so far], he never betrays anybody that didn't betray HIM first, he refuses to work for anybody with murderous intent and/or megalomaniacal ambitions and he always keeps his word. He is smart but soft-spoken, and extremely loyal to his dear friend, Miss Demeanor (and vice-versa), as well as to any other (non-murderous or megalomaniacal) animal criminal smart enough to stay on the duo's better side.

Name: Miss Demeanor, AKA Miss D.

    Species: Domestic mouse (female).

Abilities/Equipment: A surprisingly tough paw-to-paw combatant in her own right (more so when she can fight dirty), she’s also very intelligent and an expert stealth, surveillance, tactics, and strategy. She plots most of the duo’s schemes and always carries at least a few specialized weapons for evening the playing field against larger creatures and super-powered heroes, as she also happens to be a rather capable scientist and weapons' expert.

Physical Description: Average-sized medium gray-furred female mouse with black eyes.

Personality: Mouthy, often ill tempered, and known for being a trash talker. Isn’t scared of larger animals (even if they are of the super-powered variety) in the least, even predators like foxes, cats, or birds of prey (though she IS smart enough to always take precautions against super-powered heroes and predators). It should also be noted that, despite her bad temper, smart-mouth and fearlessness, she, like her partner/best friend Felony, ALSO has a reasonably strict code of honor and a soft spot for innocent youths (though she tries EXTREMELY hard to hide the latter).

Background: These two animal criminals both started out as beloved family pets (in the SAME family, which is how they first met) and have known each other literally throughout their entire adult lives and a good portion of their youths. The trouble is, the family who owned both animals was the head family of one of the more notorious mobs in the country and, eventually, the F.B.I. ended up putting the head of the household and much of the rest of the family in prison. Felony and Miss Demeanor were sent to animal control, but using teamwork and strategy, managed to escape.

Since then, Felony and Miss Demeanor have always stuck close together and operated as a pretty effective but relatively small-time criminal team (the "relatively small time" stuff was intentional in order to show the heroes that, while they WERE criminals, they were far from all bad), though they have even assisted the heroes from time to time against much bigger menaces (and, out of gratitude for Felony and Miss Demeanor's help in these cases, the hero animals usually give them a ten minute head start once the mutual threat is taken care of). Despite the semi-frequent contact with assorted super-hero animals, the criminal team's most recurring adversaries are actually the non-super but still pretty skilled cat and mouse detectives Peeper and Squeaker.

Amongst their fellow criminals, Felony and Miss Demeanor have a tendency to stay loyal just as long as the one(s) who hire them are loyal to THEM in return and don't have any plans for anything more ambitious than a good, stealthy heist, but, because they HAVE assisted hero animals against menaces much bigger than themselves, they HAVE also ticked off some of the most dangerous animal villains on the planet (not that Miss Demeanor especially minds ticking off those villains though).

Hello there. Here is the profile for Boris of the Nocturne Knights. As usual, I have to thank both Catfan1 AND 3StarvingArtist for the help they provided on this (I especially have to thank Catfan1 since Boris was his idea to begin with).

    Name: Boris.

Species: Mutated reanimated monkey cadaver (male).

Abilities: At normal size, Boris possesses 1000 times peak species strength, durability, and endurance as well as the ability to shoot powerful blasts of cosmic ray energy out of his neck bolts, and is quite agile and quick (not super-species, but still enough to be respectable). He also has the ability to grow to up to fifteen times his normal size (assuming more gorilla-like traits as he gets bigger), which is enough to make him as big as a six-story building (he gains an increase in proportionate strength, durability, endurance and cosmic ray energy firing power as he grows equal to how many times his normal size he grows cubed [i.e. growing to twice his normal size octuples his proportionate power, growing to three times his normal size increases his proportionate power TWENTY SEVENfold and so on, and, at his full six-story size {or fifteen times his normal size}, Boris's proportionate strength, speed, endurance and cosmic ray energy blast-projecting ability are 3375 times greater than they are at normal size]), though he DOES also end up sacrificing speed and agility as he grows).

Personality: Blindly loyal to Lugosi and the other Nocturne Knights (who ARE, after all, smart enough to stay on his better side [though he DOES have a bit of a rivalry with newest member Tarakan {who replaced the primate as the stronganimal of the Nocturne Knights, even if Boris is STILL the second-strongest member of the group at anywhere from three times his normal size all the way to his FULL size}]), but extremely savage to enemies. Possesses a potent phobia of fire (Tarakan can't even use his flame breath around Boris without the primate going into a major panic attack), to the point where he stops thinking rationally in his attempts to get away from it.

Physical Description: At normal size, he very much resembles a normal monkey with silvery-gray bolts in his neck. As he grows, Boris adopts more gorilla-like features, including the loss of his tail and a MAJOR increase in proportionate muscle mass.

Background: Originally just an ordinary monkey, the Russians blasted Boris off into space many decades ago during the very early days of the Cold War. However, an accident in space involving cosmic rays ended up both mutating the monkey AND costing the poor primate his life (though the mutation wasn't discovered until years later). When Boris’ ship returned to Earth, it was struck by lightning during a particularly intense thunderstorm.

Somehow, the jolt of electricity managed to resurrect Boris. It's something about the combination of the cosmic rays and the lightning that restored him to life that gave Boris his overpowering fear of fire. Anyway, Boris escaped from his ship during the storm and gradually, over a period of more than a half-century, the primate gradually developed formidable physical abilities; including significantly augmented strength and physical toughness and growth powers. In fact, the combination of the cosmic rays that killed him and the lightning that revived him increased Boris's physical prowess to literally uncontrollable levels and, by the time he met up with Lugosi, the vampire wolf realized that, as useful as this monkey could be, it would be wisest to come up with a method of keeping Boris's power in check so that he wouldn't pose as much of a danger to his gang of monster animals as the normal human race.

Thus, Lugosi had some special neck bolts prepared for Boris that could siphon off enough of his excess energy to keep him controllable, but still leave him plenty of power to come in handy in a major battle as well. With practice, Boris learned to convert the cosmic energy stored up in his neck bolts into powerful blasts, which increased his value to the vampire wolf's forces.

Uh, Nevada Wolf, I believe that these chars actually belong in the "Heroes & Villains' Pets" thread. This thread is for characters who aren't affliated with a canon hero/or villain.
