Well, I don't think anyone here has learned anything about the show's fate so far, but rest assured that if something turns up it'll be posted ASP.

I can tell you this from an email my other friend got. According to that, the Krypto series is still in production and not planned as of yet to be cancelled.

Hi everybody.  Casey and I were catching up on the posts when we noticed this.  I've sent an e-mail to our friend Mark Garabedian (KryptoGlass) at Warner Bros. Animation to see if they've heard anything.  I've asked him to post the response if possible, or if I hear from him, I'll be sure to post the news.

Casey and I enjoyed our lunch with Scott Innes this afternoon (although Casey was a bit like Stretch-O-Mutt meeting the dog stars).  I've invited him to come online and say a few words when he has a free moment.

    Until later, take care.

Sounds pretty sweet, Ladsone. It also sounds like you guys had a good time at lunch with Mr. Innes today (and don't worry, I'll reply to your PM tomorrow).

The information is also available on Warner Bros. website (www.warnerbros.com).  Just use the search feature for Krypto.  It also shows the updated trailer for volume 2.

Hello all. I received an e-mail from Mark this evening and want to share it with you.

    Hey Carl,

I hope you and Casey enjoyed your Cayman campaign. Still no word on Krypto. They were promoting the heck out of it at Comic Con, but that means little in the long run. After all, there is no need for new episodes if you have other strong venues for merchandising, such as the DVD's, comics, live shows and toys. Still, no news is good news. We all have our fingers crossed.

Thank you again for your support

    Best Wishes,

    Mark Garabedian

(nods) Thanks for providing us with this E-mailed update. It might not be much, but, as you said, at least there isn't really any bad news here.

Thanks for sharing that, Ladsone. As Comickook pointed out, at least there's no bad news.

I think it's a good sign that someone in the Time-Warner corporation is still interested in promoting the characters but,  as Mr Garadebian pointed out, (and with all the complicating factors we discussed earlier) that doesn't necessarily mean any new episodes of the TV show will be produced. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
