Episode Summary

Nikita finds a former cohort in the new recruits, a young man named Jamie. Jamie tells Nikita that if she helps him make it in Section, he'll lead Nikita to her mother, who has been looking for Nikita ever since she supposedly committed suicide in jail.

Moving and really emotional episode, giving us the look to the past.

First things that came into my mind with this episode is how moving and emotional it was - Nikita's and her mother's storyline - understandable, but also the storyline what Walter had, maybe even the Jamie storyline. Anyway - many emotions, one higher than other.

I never thought they would bring Nikita's mother into the play, but lately they have someone become more and more personal with the characters (like Operations' son last episode). Another goodbye. Another leaving. That how it goes.

The memory of Nikita - they dancing waltz in that alley. Their good-bye... just super.

Something here caught me, amazed me and I love the feeling what I have after watching it.moreless

- There is a deleted scene from this episode included in the third season DVD set. Nikita confronts Jamey after he messes up in front of Madeline, and Nikita tries to cover for him. She tells him that he won't make it unless he starts applying himself, and learns what they are trying to teach him. The director thought it was a good scene, but they had already covered the same ground in other scenes, so they decided they didn't need this one, since they had to budget their time carefully. Edit
