Sifuentes and McKenzie butt heads over a suit involving an Iranian airplane; Roxanne leads a secretaries' revolt when Brackman issues a lunch-hour edict; and Van Owen is offered a seat on the bench.

I like the strike: Roxanne Melman (Susan Ruttan) was never one of my favorites, but she's really good in this episode. So is Douglas Brackman (Alan Rachins).
The discussion between Leland McKenzie (Richard Dysart) and Victor Sifuentes (Jimmy Smits) are also nice to watch.
But there is far to little Rosalind Shays in this episode (3 scenes).
