    • Trivia

      ADD TRIVIA
      • The freeze-frame after the opening credits, where the guest stars and director/writer credits are listed, has a greenish negative effect for no real reason. It's kind of confusing because the same effect is used to indicate paralysis rays in "Secret City of Limbo" and "Panic", but no such ray is in this episode. Edit
      • The phone at Kamber's apartment has the typical 555 prefix, but neither the dummy phone (221-704) or North's (837-415) do. Edit
      • Do the newspapers really run articles every time the SID capture an Earthling? Considering how many times they capture Earthlings who then escape, you'd think the SID would be kind of embarassed by all the publicity. Edit
    • Notes

      ADD NOTES
      • Apparently women's lib doesn't exist in either the Land of the Giants or "Earth 1983": both Kobick and Betty are somewhat shocked and leery at the idea of a female doctor. Edit
      • The bird cage is a redress of the music box/dancer cage from "Collector's Item." Edit
      • Kevin Hagen is mistakenly listed as "Inspector Turner" in the end credits. One gets the impression Hagen was not originally scripted to play Kobick: his dialogue is a bit off (he describes the Earthlings as "vicious little monsters" despite the fact he should know better from episodes like "Rescue"), he has a different outfit, and he's shorn of those annoying little Kobick mannerisms like constantly checking his pocket watch and polishing his glasses. Edit
    • Quotes

      ADD QUOTES
      • Steve: Kobick, I'm sure they didn't put you behind that desk because you're stupid. Fitzhugh: Would you care to make a small wager on that? Steve: Shut up, Fitzhugh. Edit
