Mike and Danny play in a 2 on 2 basketball tournament and though they are winning each round some underhand tactics and big bet's are going around, two of there former opponents have been killed and it looks as if an unsavoury Russian character is at the root of it all until Cooper doe's his own investigation and comes up with the real culprit.

On the Montecito front Piper is up for concierge of the year award and the judge makes his demands seem impossible but with the help of her fellow Montecito friends she's able to come up trumps and win the award.

This episode was another good feel factor at the Montecito episode, everyone is getting on so well, even Sam has lost her ice queen exterior.moreless

    • (Immediately after Mike and Piper agree to meet at The Palms. Mike turns around and gasps as he is face-to-face with Danny) Danny: I sure hope you're planning to get a good night's sleep this evening. You know with tomorrow being the finals and all. Mike: (Slight pause)Uh, yeah. Danny: If I were you I would just stick to the old routine. Wouldn't want to do anything out of the ordinary. Mike: Like what? Danny: Like having sex. Mind-numbing, leg-weakening, protein-depleting sex. Mike: Dude, I haven't had sex since we started. Danny: Exactly. And well before that. Mike: Well, I wouldn't go that far. Danny: (Slaps Mike's cheek and holds a finger in front of Mike's face) Focus. I need you to be a mangy dog out there. I need you to keep it in your shorts. Mike: What about you? Danny: I couldn't have sex if I wanted to. Mine's pregnant--seven months pregnant. My playground's closed and I'm friggin' horny. Edit
    • Danny: Yeah, so this morning, D kept telling me you two never got an annulment. I kept telling her she's crazy. Mikey's not an idiot. Mike: Ehhh. (Laughs nervously) Danny: You're not an idiot, are you? Mike: (Nervous laugh) Ahh. Danny: You never got the annulment, did you? Mike: You can't tell. Danny: Oh my God, are you kidding me? (Raises his voice) Are you kidding me? What the hell are you thinking, man? Mike: I don't know. It's complicated. Danny: What do you mean "it's complicated"? Dude, I got a kid on the way and I'm not even married. You have any idea how bad you're making me look? Mike: Pinky promise you won't say anything about this. Danny: Pinky promise? What's wrong with you? Mike: (Holding up his pinky and looking expectantly at Danny) Uh? Danny: Okay. (Resigns himself and hooks Mike's pinky) Edit
