  • After a lull of sorts... This episode kicks Vegas back into high gear!!!

    9.8
The last few episodes of Vegas have made me want to push it back a few slots on my dvr(tivo) list. However this episode was on of the best this series has had to offer in a long time. This show really takes off for me when they let the characters open up and have fun. I mean come on...this is Vegas, not Six Feet Under. Vegas Baby! Vegas!
  • I chose averge because one part was grat but i think this episode was kinda sucked because the Danny and Delinda thing is just not working.

    5.3
i think this episode was kinda good but the Danny and Delinda thing is not working. i hope that this fling they having is only going to last for a little while because i think no actually i know alot of viewers who would be highly upset with the fact that Danny lands up with Delinda because everybody knows that Mary and Danny belong together. Danny just needs to get himself together and work out his stuff together then he\'ll realise that Mary is the one and only love for him, no one would love him better than that and shes proved that soooo many times. i hope the directors, writers, get them back together at the end of the series or else it just wont be right and wont end right if they Mary and Danny dont land up together.moreless

Lyle: Someone stole 2 millions from one of the cages, but I can see you're busy, we can talk about this later.

    • (Ed's addressing some new security staff)

    • (Danny's team discusses a strategy)

      Danny: Done!
      Sarasvati: Agreed.
      Mike: Wow! that was easy.

    • (Casey is in Sam's rival team)
Casey: Whatever happens, the ex-wife is mine... Sam's going down.

    • (The Montecito staff is splitting into paintball teams)
Danny: So what do you guys think?
Sarasvati: Tough choice, they're both (Mary and Sam) weak.
      Mike: I don't trust Sam.
Danny: Sam if cornered could kill.
      Mike: mmm... Ok.
      Danny: We'll take Sam.

    • Jillian: Honey I really came to tell you something, but before I do I want you to promise you wont get mad at me.
Ed: Oh boy! Does it have anything to do with my Aston Martin?
      Jillian: No.
Ed: Ok, how about that wacko Dr. Paul?
      Jillian: No.
Ed: Ok we're off to a pretty good start here.

    • (Danny and Delinda have just finished shagging)
      Danny: Wow!!!
Delinda: Yeah... go back to work (she gets out of bed)
      Danny: Aren't you forgetting something?
Delinda: Sorry (kisses Danny) it was great.
      Danny: I meant the handcuffs!

    • Ed: What are you doing here? Didn't you just work a double (shift)?
Mike: Yeah, I did. Jason who had the sunday shift called in sick, third time this month.

Delinda: But with no one you know.
Sam: Oh really I know quite a few people in this town try me.
Delinda: Well he doesn't even live here, he travels a lot, he's a professional... bowler.
Sam: You had sex with a bowler.
Delinda: Ugh, never,…I had sex with Danny.

Sam: to Delinda I hate when my tires need to be rotated and Danny's not around.

    • Danny: If you're on a desert island.. would you rather have ten sandwiches and one woman, or ten women and one sandwich?

  • NOTES (2)

  • ALLUSIONS (2)

    • "Don't call me Mr Ed". Mr Ed was a talking horse from a 1960s TV sitcom of the same name.

    • Title: All Quiet on the Montecito Front.

From the expression used in Westerns: "All Quiet on the Home Front".

It is also an allusion to the 1929 book, about the horror of World War I, by German author Erich Maria Remarque titled "Im Westen nichts Neues", which was translated later to English and retitled "All Quiet on the Western Front". The book was made into a movie in 1930 which went on to win four Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director.
