A famous Egyptian mummy is being scheduled for display in an exhibit at the Montecito but it gets stolen before it arrives at the hotel. Due to special circumstances the authorities cannot interfere with the problem so Ed, Mike, Danny and Delinda are forced to retrieve the mummy on their own. These events force Mary to deal with a guest who keeps stealing Montecito properties. Sam receives an indecent proposal from Harris Lipskey.moreless
  • A nice little episode but not the greatest.

    "Great"
This season we've had some good episodes and some great episodes, i think this one come's in the middle somewhere.

Basically the story revolves around the Montecito having some Egyptian artefacts on display, a 3000 mummy that is also to be displayed get's stolen and it's up to Ed, Danny and Mike track it down and retake it back, naturally we have a couple of side story line's with Sam having to entertain an over-weight obnoxious whale who offers money to people to get them to do things, when he offers Sam 2 million dollars just to sleep with him Sam has to come to a moral decision to go ahead with the deed or not, Mary is somehow ( as a joke ) deputised to part of the security team when she suspects a seasonal guest of stealing from there room.

Yes there was some funny moments in this episode and for the first time since the opening season episode Ed's wife Jillian makes an appearance but I wouldn't have called it an exciting episode.moreless
  • I thought this was ok, nothing to write home about.

    7.7
    "Good"
I think the writers are starting to either get away from the original formula, which is what made it so much fun to watch. The storylines are starting to focus to much outside of the hotel and casino. Getting away from the clientle and the staff interaction with them. Do I want to see this turn into a Love Boat, no. But the show is starting to focus to much on Delinda and Danny and to me they are BORING. Also Mary is starting to annoy and she used to be one of my favs. After the announcement of the Delinda/Danny ship and Mary got mad, I thought maybe they would start have her stop being such a doormat. No such luck. Sam is still as enjoyable to watch, and that's primarily to see how far she'll push the envelope.moreless

    • Ed: I'm taking your mom to Paris for Valentines Day. Delinda: I thought you hated France. Ed: The French...not France.

    • Danny: Well, if he took the thing, he's obviously a thief. Mike: So, what do you want to do? Ed: I guess there's only one thing we can do. We're gonna steal it back, boys.

    • (Ed, Mike and Danny talking about stealing the already stolen mummy back, Mikes having a few concerns) Ed: Listen, no one is going to jail, okay? All we're doing is simply reclaiming something that belongs to us, now are you in or out? Danny: I'm In. Mike: One condition, if we go to jail I get the top bunk. Ed: If we go to jail you pretty boys wont have to worry about it, you wont be getting much sleep. (laughs) know what I mean?

    • Mike: Why would anyone steal a mummy? I mean I wouldn't imagine there's a black market for 3000 year old pharaohs.

    • Lifting the mummy's coffin into the Moncetio's loading bay. Danny: This is pretty light? Mike: Well the dude hasn't eaten in the last 3000 odd years.

    • Jillian: Happy Valentine's day to me.
