The one person we did not know much about was Piper and though after this episode we still don't know a great deal we do know one thing, Cooper is her guardian angel.

It's funny how rumours start and the Montecito is no different, after Piper allows one of her underage friends take a spin on a slot machine she is reported by an under cover gaming commission agent, it's either a big fine or the sacking of Piper, Danny has only one choice and Piper is gone, the problem is Cooper wants Danny to hire her back and pay's off Pipers fine himself from his own funds, this is where the rumours come in.

The Montecito gossip ( namely Sam ) thinks that Piper and A.J are an item which disgust's and intrigues Delinda, Mike and Danny, naturally Danny doesn't want anything to do with the rumours but Mike starts his own background search and thinks Cooper is in fact Pipers daughter, it turns out that Cooper has been looking out for Piper but only as a promise to Pipers father whom she never knew and was killed in action.

Danny and Delinda start pre-natal classes and become friends with another expecting couple, problem is though Delinda and Danny think they have all the bases covered when it comes to parenting they are in for a real shock when they start chatting to the couple at the pre-natal.

Sam has her own problems when she's summoned to court because of a speeding offence, she decides to take Polly to b her witness and try to get off Scot-free, the judge knows she's lying and make's her pay the fine, as well as making her and Polly attend driving school with hilarious results.

The episode was another joy to watch especially the whole Sam/Polly/Mitch/Driving School scenes, when they first introduced the Polly character I didn't much care for her but since the start of this new season she has grown on me and her scenes with Sam are absolutely hilarious.moreless
