  • The long lost never seen relationship of Sam and Casey, Mary's "secret" admirer and Ed's surveillance skills helped an accused boy go free.

    "Superb"
I adored this episode! The long lost never seen relationship or lack of it, of Sam and Casey Manning. Sam fainted when she first saw him, and then was always running away from him. Something I didn't understand why. It was obvious, even before Sam said it, that she still loved him. Another thing I don't get is, if she really loves him, why doesn't she go with him?

When Mary received the Valentine presents I honestly thought it was from Danny, but then he said it wasn't him, but if you want to know my opinion, I think it really was.

I thought it was very Ed-like went he out and investigated the boy's so called crime. And when the jurors where deciding whether or not the boy was guilty, Ed stood firm and showed them all that he was innocent.

Over all, I give this episode a 9.5.

  • One of the best episodes of the series. What I have come to expect and receive from this show.

    9.6
    "Superb"
I must admit I tuned in to see this episode, not just because it was Las Vegas but because the PCD were going to be in it. I know some people hate them but I happen to be a reasonably big fan of theirs. The episode didn't actually focus on them, arguably a good thing, and instead centred on Valentine's Day.

The relationship between Sam and Casey was brilliant and exciting to watch, especially when Sam was trying so desperately to get away from him that she dressed up in a PCD costume in order to go out and join them on stage during the middle of their performance of 'Tainted Love'. The episode also reached a comical moment when one of the whales, the one Mary was looking after, viewed her breasts as lucky charms, and asked if he could rub them, she declined.

Mary also received a series of gifts on Valentine's Day but they were not from Danny, which disappointed her, so it will be interesting to see who they are from. Delinda was also histerical when she was hiding Sam from Casey and when she was told that her boobs were not lucky boobs. The current relationship between Danny and Mary was also questioned when the whale + wife she was looking after revealed that they were swingers and wanted to know if Danny and she were interested in taking part in a swingers party.

I feel that this was an emotionally comical episode that was a perfect Valentine's Day episode/present.moreless
