  • The Montacino gets robbed again Cooper Danny and Mike tried to find out who did it. Samanta looks for another job. in another hotel

Cooper calls all the hotels and Casino "Owners" again their are few Casino owners and the all agree to give their support to the Monticino and agree not to hire Sam. and Cooper tried to be an Casino Host. What the Monticino only has one Casino Host? Most Casino would love to hire someone like Sam who has connection to all the resorts. Lets look at where the fictional Hotel is located at one point in Danny office you can see the Vaneican but at the rooms you see New York New York. Living in las vegas and working at New York New York. There is no way the Montacion can be located their Both New York New York and the Vincian are located on obesites ends of the strip geezmoreless
  • Expected more from this concluding episode.

Concluding part of My Uncle's a Gas/High Price of Gas see's the aftermath of the raid on the Casino and it's up to Danny and Mike to find the culprit's. Danny's uncle Luke is suspect no 1 but so are the rumours this could be a terrorist attack.

As well as the robbery Cooper has sacked Sam and she's finding it hard to get a new job, she ends up in a seedy Casino at the other end of town and hates it, Cooper is trying to get Sam's whale's back to the Montecito but that's not as easy as it looks, eventually Delinda get's them both together to sort out there difference's.

All in all not a great episode and a bit of a let down for a 2 parter, seemed very rushed at the end, if this had been season 1, 2 or 3 then Big Ed would have been out there tracking the robbers down and breaking some knee-caps.moreless
  • Yawn-fest! Wake me when it's over.

The entire plot was formulaic with no surprises whatsoever. The conspiracies kicked around on the episode forum were more entertaining and imaginative than the actual resolution to the casino heist. My only question is why it took Mike and Danny so long to figure out who was behind the robbery when all the clues were so glaringly obvious to everyone. And Uncle Luke's demise? Everything about this story line, right down to his last words that will undoubtedly haunt Danny for episodes to come was verbatim out of 1970s television.

Sam's quest for a new job, too, was predictable (Was that a 80s heavy metal hair band performing at Shooters?!). Sam couldn't be more out of her element. Equally disappointing was how easily Cooper and Sam resolved their differences--over bowling! Little to nothing from this episode is fodder for future plot development. Even the minor storyline of the dead guy who wanted to be buried at the Montecito--who didn't think the wife already knew of his philandering ways?--offered nothing. That Delinda's appearance in the episode was mercifully brief was the only bright spot in an otherwise uneventful episode.moreless
