I was pleased overall with how this episode turned out. I thought that the two people that were eliminated weren't especially funny, and although I wasn't impressed with Ralph Harris's earlier material, he brought it in the head-to-head, and I thought he was by far the funniest of the three. I'm especially glad that Lavell Crawford won the immunity, he was hilarious in the heckling challenge. I'm especially glad that he destroyed DiGiovanni, because as I've mentioned in previous reviews--I hate her. I was also excited to see Mel Silverback as the bus driver. That was nifty.
This seems to work very similar to Bodog Music Battle Of The Bands, as far as each round goes...although they knocked off two people in this episode instead of one. From next week's previews, it looks like the challenge will indeed be interesting. As long as Lavell, Jon Reep, and Matt Kirshen stay in, I'm happy. I'm actually really starting to like Amy Schumer too, she's very offensive, reminds me of Sarah Silverman, and that's always good. =]moreless
