  • Eve's secret boyfriend is ding dong ditching the Baxters' home

Mike sets out to catch a prankster who rings their doorbell and runs away, but when the teen-aged boy injures himself on the Baxter property his litigious father expects Mike to pay the doctor bill. I thought that this was a perfect episode of "Last Man Standing". I laughed my butt from start to finish and the storyline was really fun to watch plus it was creative and well written. I also really enjoyed the heartwarming moments between Ed and Kyle in this episode and how Kyle thought of Ed as his father. The very ending to the Ed/Kyle plot was hilarious as well. A bunch of parts in this episode made me laugh but the most hilarious part of this episode would definitely have to be when Eve's secret boyfriend rang the doorbell at the Baxters' home and ditched it until Mike pressed the horn and scared the kid so much that he tripped... that cracked me up. It was also very nice to see Eve actually be in a relationship even though Mike doesn't like the idea. I say that because Eve really doesn't act like a girl but it's cool though since she is the most funniest and likeable of the three daughters to Mike and Vanessa. Overall, a perfect episode of "Last Man Standing"... very good humor to make you laugh, very good storyline, and everything to enjoy here. 10/10moreless
  • Eve's in love and Kristin returns to college.

    8.5
This was another solid episode of Last Man Standing. Eve's got a secret boyfriend who already gets on Mike's bad side before they even meet as he rings the doorbell and heads to the backyard everything he wants to see Eve. The culprit, Ben Milbauer, is finally caught but injured in Mike's booby-trap and he is sent the hospital bill. Ben's parents want to go to court, but this isn't as big of a case as the one in "Tree of Strife" was. In the B plot, Kristin returns to college classes and when she thinks she can't do it, Mandy is there all of a sudden to soothe and encourage her for once. In the C plot, Ed wants Kyle to sign a form saying Outdoor Man is not responsible for any injuries. This is after Ed leaves the ladder Kyle is on unattended. Kyle falls off after Mike tests out an air horn. Then Kyle and Ed have a touching moment with a heartwarming quote from Kyle, declaring he thinks Ed as his father. A touched Ed then throws everything at him in appreciation, a vacation, his car, golf clubs, among other things. That was a little over the top. Meanwhile, in the last scene, when Eve's relationship is finally but barely approved, she and Ben are seen on a "date" at her house. It was so obvious that Mike was going to be keeping an eye on them in the background, but I wasn't expecting him to be polishing his gun. That was quite funny. As a result, a good episode, and I'm glad to see Eve finally becoming a girl and taking interest in having a relationship, even if it disappoints Mike.moreless
