Truly mentions Compo once trying water skiing, and mentions Wally Batty. Truly was never around at the same time as Wally (he didn't appear until well over a decade later). Of course, the possible explanation for this is that Clegg told Truly of the incident, or possibly even Compo told him before he passed away. (Even so, this dialogue would have sounded better coming from Clegg).

I was watching this episode, and something VERY strange was going on. When Glenda's Mother says "I occassionally see your father without his oil stans", I know she says something else because she is not mouthing oil stans when she says it. Does anyone know? Possible in the UK it said something else?
