Recurring Role |
When Detective Winters' wife Casey is attempting to give him CPR, she initially counts down to the correct spot but then her palm slips down and from that point on she is shown compressing his abdomen. CPR uses chest compressions to artificially circulate blood from the heart, so her abdominal compressions would have done nothing other than perhaps break his ribs or prevent him from inhaling by forcing the air out of his lungs.

Philip Casnoff's role as Bo Washburn was inexplicably left off the guest titles, given the number of his scenes and importance of his character.
This episode debuts a new sepia-toned title card of the Los Angeles basin at night from which pops out the different city names. Letters used to create the new show title are Law & Order: LA.
