There are several problems with the videotape used as the final evidence: 1) It was clearly made up of tape snippets from at least four different camcorders. In reality, the police would use the individual tapes separately in their entirety. 2) The separate views show a continuity error. In one shot, the suspect is pushing the victim away, and then it immediately cuts to them standing shoulder-to-shoulder as the bullet hits the victim. 3) That continuity error destroys the premise of the tape as evidence – that the suspect pushed the victim away because he or she knew about the gunman in advance.
