Alex Eames: The Dark AgesÂ… sometimes I think we're still livin' in 'em.
Robert Goren: Who's Donald? Bo: A demon, of course.
Eames: (to Rose, while confronting Butch) Oh, he loves you to death. To nine deaths.
Robert Goren: Dinner time. I wonder what alibi they're serving?
James Deakins: (to Goren) Beaming signals to the mother ship?
Robert Goren: Cat got your tongue? (points to the open containers holding body parts) 'Cause there's an extra one in here.
Special billing was given to Rutanya Alda (and) in this episode.
Goren: You just don't wander too far from the ranch, there, Butch. This is almost surely an allusion to wild west figure "Butch Cassidy," a.k.a. Leroy Parker, whose criminal career began while he was a ranch hand, and continued with he and his gang hiding out at a number of ranches (notoriously friendly to outlaws) across the west.
Alex Eames: Hmm, the killer and Mrs. Magoo. Mr. Magoo is a cartoon character created in 1949 by John Hubley, whom everyone thought was a lunatic due to the sticky situations he got into because he refused to get corrective eye wear for his extreme near-sightedness.
