(Benson and Cassidy are in bed together, Benson's beeper goes off, she kisses him)
Olivia Benson: Gotta go. (Gets out of bed)
Brian Cassidy: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Where are you going? Hey, hey, hey, that was incredible.
Olivia Benson: (buttoning her shirt; leaving) Don't get used to it.
Harper Anderson: Who are you to tell me I'm not fine?!
Olivia Benson: Because closure is a myth!
Olivia Benson: Jane, you did the one thing that you're supposed to do when someone threatens you, you survive.
Olivia Benson: I'll still have my job.
Brian Cassidy: Yeah, whoever you marry --
Olivia Benson: If I get married.
Brian Cassidy: Whatever, you will. As long as you have this job, your marriage will be an affair.
(Cleary's lawyer refuses to allow him to answer any questions.)
Elliot Stabler: What questions can your client answer?
Cleary's Attorney: Anything that's a matter of public record. I want to know what my client is being charged with.
John Munch: (to Stabler) You don't have to answer that.
Elliot Stabler: How long you been sleeping with Cassidy?
Olivia Benson: Uh, I'm not.
Elliot Stabler: Your stomach just dropped two floors, Olivia. The unconscious don't lie.
Olivia Benson: I'm not lying ... not much.
Elliot Stabler: Mm-hmm.
Olivia Benson: Is it that obvious?
Elliot Stabler: I'm your partner for better or worse. Look everybody knows too much about everybody else in this office anyway.
Olivia Benson: I broke a rule, Elliot. A personal one. And now he wants to see me again.
Elliot Stabler: Can you blame him?
Olivia Benson: (to Harper Anderson) The truth is everybody changes every day. And some things are more devastating than others. But we never are the same. And there are two ways to deal with these changes -- you either accept them or you fight them like hell all the way.
Sam Lardner: Don't I need a lawyer?
Elliot Stabler: For being a peeping tom? No. Just a good shrink.
Elliot Stabler: You left her?
Uniform Officer: She asked me to. I figured she'd been through enough.
Elliot Stabler: I don't care if she pushes you away. You don't leave a rape victim alone.
(Benson and Cassidy found themselves in bed together after a few drinks.)
Brian Cassidy: This is about the doubting... the questioning you... and Harper. That was just the job, nothing personal.
Olivia Benson: Neither was last night.
Olivia Benson: He smells expensive.
Don Cragen: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask you to smell the defendant.
