Episode Summary

EDIT

The star of a singing reality-competition program is accused by a four-year-old student from his day job of molesting her. Rollins believes he should be handled delicately so his media and professional lives are not disrupted. Benson's investigation reveals the need to pursue him publicly and forget any potential damage to his careers. As more victims come forward, though, the man refuses to admit his crimes, and the team must devise a new strategy.

What a shock, there was a twist and the suspect they originally pursued did not end up doing it. We haven't seen that before on this show.

I am glad Carly Rose Sonenclar got a TV guest appearance though, even if it was just her singing.

How many of you didn't predict in the first minute that the suspect would be proven innocent? SVU averages 2 episodes a year with black suspects (even though the NYPD website says they commit 50-70% of the violent crime) and in half of those they are exonerated and the other half they are fully justified in the crime they commit . the victim was a racist who had it coming). Secondly, they will never piss off the gays who run Hollywood by showing a gay pedophile. On this show, only white Catholic priests can be pedophiles.moreless

Really? The detectives were watching American Diva? Rollins has no compassion for little boys over the vocal coach? Where's their captain in all this? How many assistant DA's can a show have? Why make Liv look so weak? So tired of all the political agendas on this show. The evidence was there; it all was legit for the arrest. They would have arrested anyone else, but they have to make it seem like just because the guy is gay, that he deserved a break somehow. Really! Everyone should be treated the same. They didn't have to play up how pitiful he was. Instead it was the evil teen girls. Feel the writing is getting weaker and weaker. Maybe it's time to call it like all the other law and orders.moreless
