When a book you're reading uses the word "paroxysm" and you automatically think "Hysterical paroxysm" and have to backtrack to get the paragraph to make sense.

You know you've seen too much SVU when...

the word "therapist" bothers you because if you separate the "e" and the "r" it would say "the rapist"

i realized this when i was in the store and something said "therapist" on it and i was looking at it and i realized that "therapist" kinda looks like "the rapist" and i was like *gasp* !!!

I heard that on the radio today, and I immediately thought of season 2, countdown.

When I first saw this post, I thought it might be about Southern Virginia...then I remembered that they don't so much have a lot in the way of Athletics. But...yeah...when I first heard of Southern VA I thought it would be cool to go there just to say I was an SVU Alumnus.

I'm...going to watch "Harm" now. kthnxbye

Back to the candy corn thing...you know you've seen COUNTDOWN too much when you start referring to candy corn as corn candy because the girl in the episode does. But really you're accustomed to saying candy corn like me.

You know you've seen too much SVU when while you're on someone's porch while trick-or-treating (shut up. ), you think you hear the SVU theme song so you peak in their window to see what episode it is. Turns out, it was the original Law and Order.

When you're watching the new episode of "Bones" and they mention a "Hell House" and you yell indignantly that they stole that from SVU!

Wait, another one: I was flipping through magazine at work today (I swear, Hand to God, I usually have a great deal of real actual work to do!) and there was an article about Denzel Washington and the new movie he's in. And I can't remember what the name of the movie is but Denzel plays a big drug dealer guy, it's a true story, blah blah. Right at the page turn it was talking about him being investigated by NYPD Special (turn page). In my head I automatically went to "Special Victims Unit." Turns out, I was actually only one word off - Special Investigations Unit.

    Me sleepies now. Honest!

^^LOL, maybe you just pretend to work when the boss is looking, but when their backs are turned, then you grab a magazine, lol!

And gumcurls, that sorta happened to me.
I got up on Sunday, and mum had the TV on, and I heard the "chung chung", and I immediately thought "SVU! Why didn't they wake me up!" So I go over to look, and it was the original.

And mum asked me whether I'd seen that one, and I go: "I don't watch this one", and mum goes, "But its Law & order! Whats the difference?" So I go, "I watch SVU." And she said, "But its still L&O." And I had to explain that its L&O:SVU, and she just went, "Ohhh, I get it now!" And I just rolled my eyes.

Haha, it dries me nuts when people get SVU mixed up with another Law and Order.

And Mhopeg -- Special Investigations Unit is also the name of a show on CNN that my mom always watches. It always makes me laugh that she likes SIU and I like SVU.

LOL! Thank God this year I usually only have tests on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays. It's so weird, yet so convenient!
