Good storyline for a 90 minute TV movie, but unfortunately it just didn't work for 45 minutes.

The episode was all over the place today. I actually like them trying to have something other than the investigation going on and having some character development with one of the detectives, but a gambling problem? How original.

The case itself was a mess though. Incest, priests singing and clapping their hands, lying to cover up, just not a well-crafted installment of SVU.
