  • Best episode hands down

    Luda was great
  • Rubbish. Nothing Happened. No resolution to anything. As the title suggests, everyone gets screwed and thats about it. By far the worst episode of SVU.

Absolute Rubbish. The writers should be sacked for writing this bull. Nothing Happened. No resolution to anything. As the title suggests, everyone gets screwed and thats about it. By far the worst episode of SVU I have ever seen. And I have seen most of them. How about writing an episode where something good happens to one of the main characters for once? Or you can just make another episode about how bureaucratic the NYPD is and how the cops all get screwed over for doing nothing. I feel sorry for anyone that sat through this drivel. Shame on you SVU writers.moreless
  • An emotional episodes, where all the mistakes the detectives have done is brought up.

This episode has to be one of the best episodes that I have seen. From the start it was an emotional toll. We finally got to hear about Simon again, Kathleen DIU's charge, and we get some dirt of Fin. We get to hear about how Darius got concsieved. ((Spoiler! It was Terrica's father)) Olivia talks with IAB about how she helped her brother. Kathleen gets arrested, and Elliot sees her off. Cragen gets dismissed from the job. It was probably the emotional music at the end that made it so good!moreless
  • Most likely the best episode of SVU ever.

    10
Wow. What can I say about this finale. I wasnt sure what I was expecting but it was utterly amazing. For one thing, I felt this season has been a bit uneven with its episodes but this definitely tops everything. Chris "Ludacris" Bridges did an amazing job. I hope he gets Emmy nominated for Best Guest Star. And speaking of guest stars, Rebecca Gay Hamilton (from The Practice) did an excellent job as Finn's ex-wife/Darius's mother. Its also always great to see Judith Light and Stephen Weber likes to appear on this series as too. I'm looking forward to Adam Beach joining the cast next season, while we also saw Stabler's wife and daughter appear, along with Benson's half brother. But I didnt really know how to react to seeing Nancy Grace and Star Jones... since I hate them.

Honestly, I was also surprised with the verdict; I still cant believe that he actually got away with it, and even after everything. This entire court case has literally "screwed" everyone (a very appropiate title) and we have the Captain, Olivia, Finn, and even the ADA Novak's careers on the line. Overall and amazing episode and an amazing way to end the season. I can't wait until the 9th season (can you believe, its already been 8 seasons!) premieres this fall.moreless
  • I like SVU, but this was one of the worst episodes of the whole series.

    1.0
The episode began with an annoying and pointless cameo for Nancy Grace and Star Jones. Instead of the normal SVU episode they spent the entire show following the court case of an earlier episode.

It seemed that the only point of this episode was to make sure that they could explain why the stars of the show might not be back next year. Are they in contract negotiations or something? Finally, just because Ludacris is on the show, and he was good in the movie Crash, doesn't mean that you have to have over-the-top melodramatic music playing through the ending of the show. I thought this was one of the best shows on television, but the last few episodes have been weak, and this was awful.moreless

    • Fin Tutuola: You told Darius about the drugs and the gun, didn't you?
Ken Randall: Ten years ago! I mean, I looked in the glove box and found the stash. As usual, you screamed at me. I was ten.
Fin Tutuola: There you go again. Will you change the channel?
Ken Randall: That, that right there is why I always went to Darius. Mom was so busy blaming you and you were so busy working, there was no one to hear me. How could I know he'd use it against you? How could I know he'd have a reason to?

    • Fin Tutuola: (yelling at Ken) I wasn't there for you. Okay, you're angry. I get it. Get over it, man! Get a therapist. Work it out. I'm not trying to hear this right now!

    • Lt. Allen James: If the state loses this trial over the perception of police misconduct, they'll ask for your resignation.
Don Cragen: Which they won't get.
Lt. Allen James: Then they'll transfer you to outer Mongolia.

    • Don Cragen: Even a turd can float.

    • Allen James: You made sure I lost my rank because you couldn't resist making me look bad in front of the bosses. Now it's my turn.
Don Cragen: That was fifteen years ago. Some people would call you obsessed.
Allen James: I saw the opportunity. I took it.

    • Simon Marsden: (to Benson) You put your job and your freedom on the line for me. You think I'm gonna stand by and do nothing?

    • Simon Marsden: You are my family. That's why I told your captain I forced you to give me the money when I jumped bail.
      Olivia Benson: You did what?
Simon Marsden: That I threatened to reveal our relationship.
Olivia Benson: He already knows our relationship.
Simon Marsden: I also said you had no idea I jumped bail at the time and you just wanted me out of your life.
Olivia Benson: Well, then you lied to my superior officer.
      Simon Marsden: So did you.

    • Olivia Benson: There's nothing you can do except go be with your family, okay?
Simon Marsden: You are my family.

    • Olivia Benson: Simon? What are you doing here? This isn't a good time.
Simon Marsden: I know it's not. You're in trouble. I mean, you could have called me and told me yourself.
Olivia Benson: You've been talking to Dean Porter.

    • Don Cragen: Dectective Lake is transferring in from Brooklyn SVU. He's gonna pick up our slack during the trial, he's going to stay here after. So make him feel welcome.
John Munch: Should Fin be concerned?
Don Cragen: There's more than enough work for everybody, John. Why don't you do some?

    • Olivia Benson (to Tutuola): You're gonna get through this. I want you to know that you have friends around here.

    • Fin Tutuolla: (as Benson hands him food) What, are you bringing me my last meal?

    • Kathy Stabler: I need you to come home now, Elliot. Not for the kids. For me.
      Elliot Stabler: What's changed?
      Kathy Stabler: I'm pregnant.

    • Kathy Stabler: You said you wanted to work things out. You said that you were ready to come home.
Elliot Stabler: Look, Kathy, I'm sorry.
Kathy Stabler: I don't care. Not about my pride, or my ego, or anything else.

    • Elliot Stabler: Are the kids alright?
      Kathy Stabler: They're fine.
      Elliot Stabler: But you're not.

    • Attorney: Why are you so personally involved in this case?
Casey Novak: You don't know me very well, Counsel. You'll find that I'm this passionate about all my cases.

    • Elliot Stabler: Kathy's pregnant.
Olivia Benson: I didn't know you went back home.
      Elliot Stabler: I haven't. Pathetic.

    • Fin Tutuola: My ex can be a pain in the ass.
John Munch: I've had some experience with that. I'll give her your love.
