This is my favorite episode. I could watch it over and over and over again. I am, as everyone else, absolutely for Steven/Tyler staying with the adoptive parents. I am also for the father and the grandparents getting Steven/Tyler. I don\'t know which one I would chose. I had no idea who had killed her. I had no idea how they were connected. I am satisfied with the decision. In the later episodes, they left out the part where Robert says that the grandparents should be involved in the raising of Steven/Tyler. I believe that is my favorite part. I also believe that the adoptive parents should have a part in raising him. I don\'t know what eventually happens, but they all three should be involved.moreless

Beautifully done, I mean a Black Market of Babies. When Benson and Stabler find out that the baby was given up for adoption, they happily return the baby to her mother. The beautiful child, in which when stabler was holding her was an amazing moment. When the commander discovered a case, from 1989 in which the mother was she was strangled to death, while her baby was gone. This leads them to find out an old college boy friend. It leads them to find out that the adoption papers where fake. When they finally find Tyler, now 12 years old. All of a sudden Tyler's biological father who wants full custody. It ends up that they lead up to court, where Tyler has the choice of who he wants to be with.moreless

When baby Emma is stolen from her mother's shopping cart, Detectives Benson and Stabler are called to help find her. When they find Emma, they also uncover a private adoption agency. They investigate this agency to see if they have a history of putting stolen babies up for adoption. After finding evidence, they are able to reopen and solve a twelve year old cold case, in which a baby went missing after his mother's murder. This is a great episode! It is sick to see that people would be willing to sell and trade babies to make some money. It is also sick what some people would do to another human being, just because they crossed paths.moreless

    • In this episode, Stabler says that he was working the night shift (as a cop), but, at the end of "Shaken," he says that when Maureen was young, he had just gotten out of the Marines and was unemployed. He should have said he was in night school, because he went to night school after getting out of the Marines so he could get his degree and become a cop. Edit
