A very odd episode of SVU, and I was particularly disappointed by it because of the fact that the beginning had very little to do with the man who ended up being responsible in the end. You had over the top reactions from the public toward how the cops were handling things, you had an unnecessary look into Amaro's life. This is just not the same SVU you see reruns of on USA Network.
