    • Elliot Stabler: Thought a newscaster was sending signals through the television to him.
      Fin Tutuola: What happened?

    • John Munch: Found a message for Cassie.
Fin Tutuola: Looks like it's written in blood.
      Olivia Benson: Whose blood?

    • Olivia Benson (to Prescott): Because she told you to get lost.
Elliot Stabler: Yeah, and we know how well you take rejection.

    • Fin Tutuola: If I wanted to go crawling in dark, smelly places I would have joined the Department of Sanitation.

    • Dr. George Huang: He may believe he's in a relationship that doesn't even exist.
John Munch: Sounds like me with my four ex-wives.

    • Olivia Benson: (watching home videos) He, uh, really seems to favor that one position.
      Elliot Stabler: Least he's consistent.
Olivia Benson: 'Boring', I think, is the word you're looking for.

    • This episode appears to be ripped from the headlines of the Susan Wilson story, in which a woman was spied on by an obsessive neighbor who installed hidden cameras in her home. As in the episode, the videos were soundless so no charges of wiretapping could be filed. This was also the basis for the film Video Voyeur (2002), starring Law & Order actors Angie Harmon (Abbie Carmichael) as Wilson and Jamey Sheridan (Captain James Deakins on Criminal Intent) as the voyeur.
