  • Everything goes wrong for the dectecives and their cases!

    10
This was a good episode with different storylines.

I thought they did a good job with all the storys thogether, it machted with each other in a way.

    The story goes like this:

A girl named nikki said she's been raped by a boy named sam. But there are some things in the evidence thats saying other ways.

like a foto of the girl being topless with her rapist in front of her and a witness saying she recanted her statement.

All this is causing ADA Cabot -who is facing a lot of stress during to an investigation in her actions- to dont believing the girl and drop the charches.

All that the girl wanted was some justice and her day in court, but she's atempted suicide (Olivia saves here doing CPR)

Then the other storyline involves Det.Stablers son Dickie tot cause trouble (fight with an other boy) and dan run off with his friend Shane.

Stabler dont like Shane because of his old drug habbit, but Shane is clean, according to his mom (every morning a urinesample) and he's doing community service because of a old convictiun with involves drugs.

When they find Dickie back (thanks to gps on his mobile phone) they find out shane is really the person who is missing.

They find Shane after a exthensive surge in an alley beaten and stabbed to death.

The killer is a drugaddict with Shane worked at his community senctence - how ironic-

this episode was like a train, it went on and on in highspeed with the things that did go wrong for the good guys (the detectives)

and the tragic death of shane

Dickie Stabler has grone up and hits puberty

Stabler gets a realitycheck that he' not dad of the year

Olivia keeps it all together troughout this episode

she try's to save the day in a way

    Munch was hilarious

and i liked the scene with fin and the homeless guy

you can see that he was an narcotic cop

    overall a good episodemoreless
  • Too many storylines happening but I really liked it.

    9.2
Ok, this was definetly a great episode and one of the bests of season 11. The only thing I didn't liked very much is that we had to deal with the rape victim and at the same time, with Stabler's son's disappearence. I don't know, it wasn't hard to follow but I personally don't like when they do this.

Don't get me wrong. My score was high because I loved this episode. It was a very emotional story involving Stabler and Dickie... and principally the last scene, when he comes with the army papers... very good acting, too. And I felt sorry for Dickie's friend, who died and still no one believed him. Elliot realized how he judged him wrong.

The rape victim storyline was also good... the veracity of her story was also put in question, she tried suicide, but in the end the rapist went to jail...

    Great one.moreless
  • Great episode.

    8.2
Man, that was a good episode of Law and Order: SVU, and the previews for next week look just as good.

It was exciting and intriguing to see a different part of Elliot Stabler, seeing him fail to be a successful family man and fail at maintaining his day job performance as well. The episode was action-packed and fast-moving, not always the case with Special Victims Unit.

It is also a testament to the show that they are able to build up Elliot as a tough cop without him ever really hurting somebody. 24 has Jack Bauer kill 500 terrorists every week and I still can't take Kiefer Sutherland seriously.

    Great episode tonight.moreless
  • A great insight into Stabler & his family, and well acted!

    9.0
I really enjoyed this episode! The acting was brilliant by everybody, and the storyline fit well, I thought, giving us a glimpse into Elliots feelings and family. I thought the actual rape case seemed realistic, even though the episode wasn't 'focussed' on that part of it. I LOVED seeing Dickie/Richard ... it was so nice to see his family again. I don't really know what else to say! There were some great quotes and nice little tidbits of info on some of the characters.

The only thing I could find as a flaw, was that the looping of some of the scenes (like the one with Sonya Paxton on the steps) was really badly done. Her mouth didn't match up with the words ... I don't know, I figured with all the money they pay their actors, they could give some up to improve the technicalities.

Overall, it was a really great episode! Definitely one of my favourites!!!moreless
