Olivia Benson: He almost killed me.
Mr. Hunter: He didn't know you were a cop.
Olivia Benson: And that gives him the right to attack me?!
Mr. Hunter: The law gives Officer Harris every right to strike an inmate to force compliance.
Olivia Benson: But not the right to try and rape me.
Lowell Harris: She's lying.
Olivia Benson: You raped Ashley Tyler and you murdered her mother.

(In interrogation.)
Lowell Harris: I go where I'm told.
Olivia Benson: You go where you're not gonna get your ass kicked.
Lowell Harris: What are you talking about?
Olivia Benson: I read your evaluations. They dumped you at Sealview because you didn't have the balls to handle men.
Lowell Harris: Shut up.
Olivia Benson: You know what I think? I think you hate women. That's why you rape them and if you hate women so much that must mean that you like men.
Lowell Harris: (angrily gets in Olivia's face) Shut up. Shut up you filthy whore, do you understand me?!
Olivia Benson: (unrattled) Did I strike a nerve?

Olivia Benson: Hold on, I didn't get my shot yet.
Matthew Parker: You'll get one later… maybe even two pricks.

Olivia Benson: The hole is over in C-block. What are we doing down here?
Lowell Harris: Shut up.
Olivia Benson: Captain, I'm sorry I freaked because of the outbreak, I apologize.
Lowell Harris: Oh we're way past apologies now. Now shut up and do what you're told.
(Benson sees the mattress)
Olivia Benson: No. Don't. What do you want?
Lowell Harris: What every guy wants.
Olivia Benson: (whispering) What do you–
(Harris grabs her chin, turns her face toward the mattress, and then turns it back to him.)
Olivia Benson: Oh no, no, no…
Lowell Harris: And you're gonna give it to me.

Elliot Stabler: You'll get Harris.
Olivia Benson: For excessive force at best. More likely he'll be transferred and promoted.
Elliot Stabler: Is he already back at work?
Olivia Benson: Yeah.
Elliot Stabler: (long pause) What happened in the basement?
Olivia Benson: Nothing. I'm fine, El.

(Benson, Stabler, and the warden go to arrest Harris.)
Lowell Harris: I got nothing to say to you. Talk to my lawyer.
Elliot Stabler: You first. You're going to need him. (puts Harris in cuffs)
Lowell Harris: Warden?
Warden: Get him outta my prison.
Olivia Benson: Lowell Harris, you are under arrest for rape. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you.
(They walk Harris out; the prisoners cheer with delight.)

Elliot Stabler: (to Harris, as Warner takes a picture of his mole) Captain, huh? You look more like a private to me.

Dr. Melinda Warner: How'd you know to ask Ashley about the mole?
Olivia Benson: She remembered.
Dr. Melinda Warner: But you couldn't have known she was right.
Olivia Benson: (stares at her for a moment) I saw it… when he had me in the basement.
Dr. Melinda Warner: Olivia, did he rape you?
Olivia Benson: (tearing during long pause) It's the closest I've ever come.

(Standing after Fin stops Harris.)
Olivia Benson: Lowell Harris, you're under arrest for raping Ashley Tyler.
Fin Tutuola: And the attempted murder of a police officer.
Lowell Harris (to Benson): You're a cop?
Olivia Benson: Who's the bitch now?

Fin Tutuola (running into the basement): Let her go now!
Lowell Harris: Get the hell outta here!
Fin Tutuola: Police! Move away from her! Move away!
Lowell Harris: She's trying to escape!
Fin Tutuola: And you had to drop your pants to stop her?!
