Bart Ganzel's trial finally hits the docket, but a complication in the form of a rape charge against Detective Cassidy may derail the case completely. When the trial turns against Cassidy, Barry Querns dips into his bag of tricks to set the case aright. The surprise, though, is on Detective Amaro.

Was not a fan of this episode tonight. They just had a really boring case, that they did not care to elaborate with enough details to make us truly care about.

Add in the story with Amaro and his son. While they did not go with the cliche lines about "making up for the 9 years he missed" it still was really boring.

simply episode was good!!! Tying this episode to the one that opened the season and building on that plot was creative thinking for the writers.
