  • Yeah they revealed something.. lol

Ok I loved Wildlife. And not just because we got to see a little extra skin from both Chris and Mariska(Although that made it special) :) I liked the story too. And before anyone ask yes I'm a E/O fan. I love the spark between Elliot and Olivia. I read SVU fanfic and yes I'm a nerd. Unlike most E/O fans I don't want to see E/O together on screen. I can stick to reading fic for that. Because if they ever get E/O together that will mean the end. It happend on Silk Stalkings they killed Chris and then Rita left. And on CSI they got Grissom and Sarah together then they both left. So unless the rumor is true and this will be the last session with both Chris and Mariska I can deal with they lovely scenes they give us like they did in this epi. So I hope to see more epi's like this and to see more spark. LOLmoreless
  • Love is in the air - or, at least, we see a lot of skin. And fur.

I f***ing loved this episode. Mariska Hargitay - you're a sneaky devil. I think I've finally gotten over you and your schizoid hair, leather jackets and strangely immaculate make up... and then you go strip off and pretend to be a hooker. Thank you very much. We all know what I'm going to be thinking about tonight. All the fangirls who're still alive after that scene are laughing at their reaction to the Hooker In The Blue Dress coming onto Cragen routine. We thought THAT showed off your, um, acting abilities. But hey, why walk the streets when you can take your top off and torture Elliot while he has a gun pointed at his head?

Screw 911 - Mariska should have got her Emmy for this episode. Two of them, really.

(I know, I'm a horrible person. But what do they expect? Parading perfect breasts around like that... this is how we know SVU is NOT porn. Porn stars don't have such high credentials)

And as much as I enjoyed all the wildlife (heh) in this episode, and a little Stabler drama never hurts, the other bestest best thing was our newest but obviously destined to be the most passionate love story...

Cragen and the Gibbon. One True Pairing. Now and forever.

There's nothing more I can say that isn't evidenced by a love so pure. We were lucky to have witnessed its beginning.moreless
  • Animal cruelty is just a bit too much.

    7.5
Obviously the issue for this episode was animal cruelty. To hear all that, to see it, and to know that it is really going on made me really uneasy. To hear about crimes against people is bad enough but animals are completely innocent, helpless creatures. And for these thugs to FEED someone to a tiger and shoot Stabler in cold blood? They were some of the worst criminals the show's had in a while, and that's saying something.

The Kathy plot did feel like filler though, she already left Elliot once, what's the point of redoing that?

It was a nice plot twist for the sidekick to be an undercovered cop.moreless
  • A girl is found with a dead bird in her purse, later found out to be killed by a tiger and the SVU is suddenly on the trail of an animal smuggling ring...? Okay, sure.moreless

I Loved it. Okay, SVU suddenly doing an animal smugging ring, w/e. It was amazing. The story-line was well-writen, well-acted with believable characters AND there was plenty of action with Elliot and Olivia. Although I wasn't a fan of Kathy's bad acting, and her almost leaving him again. But that shows how much of his personal life is in shambles. When Elliot got shot, I was completely stunned, and jumped a little bit, but it was AMAZING! It was so, so, SO exactly why I watch the show, to see drama as well as amazing stories and acting.

Now, what about the bedroom scene? I thought that was genius! It fit right into the story and was not just a way to get Mariska and Chris into their underwear. By the way, those to are STUNNING! I can't get over that. The perfect ten should be reserved for their kiss...But this episode was everything I loved rolled into one! So sue me. I thought it was amazing!!moreless
  • Elliot goes undercover in animal smuggling ring.

    9.0
This Episode was great well writtin and great minor characters. The Episode starts of great and ends great. The wounds on the victim are unknow until is later found that they are the cuts of a tiger, this leads them to a rapper, who is later killed by Hyenas when he introduces stabler to the smugglers. After Elliot goes undercover he gets shot. Oh No! Also his wife is going to leave him. Oh No! This episode also has a great plot twist i will never forget. Once again Greylik didn't show her skills in the courtroom just yet. I hope she will sometime. Adios, Vamp.moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • This episode makes several references to Scarface. Richard Belzer (Munch) had a bit part in the film as an ill-fated entertainer at a nightclub who was killed onstage when a flurry of stray bullets meant for Tony Montana hit him.

    • Goof: When Stabler is shot and Benson asks the doctor at the hospital how he is, the doctor tells her one shot was a "through and through" and he removed the other from his bicep. A "through and through" means the bullet entered Stabler's chest and came out his back, but at the end of the show when Stabler gets out of bed and bends down to pick up his crying infant, you see the bandages on his chest and arm, but there is no exit wound on his back.

  • QUOTES (5)

    • Olivia Benson: You're supposed to duck.
Elliot Stabler: You were supposed to leave.
Olivia Benson: Yeah, well, when my partner hangs out with scumbags, I like to stick around and see what happens.

    • Elliot Stabler: What happened to the tiger?
(He pops a piece of steak in his mouth)
Bushido: Tasty burger, isn't he ?

    • Olivia Benson: Ooh, are you ready for me, Daddy? Oh, didn't know we were havin' a party… that's gonna be $100 to watch, $250 to join… each! (Stabler grins)

    • Andre Bushido: (to Stabler) You're a dead man, Mike! Dead! Nowhere you can hide! I'll find you. I will kill you!
Elliot Stabler: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you already killed me once.

    • (Elliot walks into the squad room after being shot.)
Fin Tutuola: (to Olivia) Told you he wouldn't take a day off; you owe me fifty bucks.
