      • This episode appears to be ripped from the headlines of the Sherrice Iverson case. On May 25, 1997, 7-year-old Sherrice was molested and strangled by teenager Jeremy Strohmeyer. Strohmeyer enlisted the help of acclaimed defense attorney Leslie Abramson, and claimed to have no memory of the crime. He pointed the finger of blame at his companion that night, David Cash Jr., but eventually accepted a plea bargain wherein he would serve four consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole.
