      • Brenda Lucas: I came here on my own, you can't force me to testify against my own daughter.
        Abbie Carmichael: Actually we can.
Brenda Lucas: What purpose would that serve?
Jack McCoy: Peter Wilder tells us you knew of your daughter's efforts to contact him.
Brenda Lucas: Peter Wilder's a bastard.
Abbie Carmichael: Being a bastard isn't a defense to blackmail.

      • Ed Green: I don't care how much you hate your father, you still go see him when you're in trouble.
Lennie Briscoe: My daughter never did.

    • NOTES (1)

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      • This episode's title shares its name with the long running ABC soap opera All My Children.

      • This episode appears to be ripped from the headlines of the Ennis Cosby case. In 1997, actor Bill Cosby's only son, Ennis, was murdered when he stopped to change his tire. Not long after that, a young woman named Autumn Jackson came forth claiming to be Cosby's daughter. There was no indication that Autumn Jackson was even remotely connected with Ennis' death, but was arrested herself on charges of extortion when she attempted to get $20 million out of Bill Cosby. Bill Cosby continues to deny Autumn Jackson as his daughter, but does admit to supporting her financially.
