    • TRIVIA (1)

      • Goof: The teaser has a cop reporting over his radio that he is on the 59th St. Bridge, westbound. This is borne out by Logan's later comments about the views of the Bronx. However, neither the cops nor the detectives realize that the vehicle they are examining is pointing eastbound against the direction of traffic and that the cops themselves drove to the scene against the traffic.

    • QUOTES (4)

      • Mike Logan: You know, her shoes and jacket were still on the front seat, could be someone grabbed her.
Lennie Briscoe: Or she did a solo act. Call the harbor unit, we're going to need divers.
Mike Logan: (looking down from the bridge) East River -- I'd rather eat a gun.

      • Mike Logan: The maid leaves at six, how does she know what goes on?
Lennie Briscoe: Hey, in my first marriage the cleaning lady knew about the divorce before I did.

      • Jack McCoy: They'll love Martell's version. While he's in bed with Maggie, his wife is killed by a gang of elves who mop up the blood and cart the body away.

      • Adam Schiff: You spend your whole life protecting your kids from harm, then a distinguished citizen like Martell comes along.
Jack McCoy: He didn't just come along -- he was invited in.
