A rather weak animal rights plot fails to get this episode started. The first act with Briscoe and Green is particularly bad for such a great show. With a lack of Briscoe and nothing much really happening, its relies on the middle act to generate the miniscule amount of drama that elavates it from being a bottom of the barrel episode.

The drama mostly revolves around confidential agreements that covers up potential crimes, and the theme of industry's covering up the deaths of public in order to maintain its image. This crime totally eclipses the intro crime purely with regard to the stakes involved. Perhaps if theyd started with focus on this crime the episode would have carried more oomph from the start.

Dialogue and locations are below average in what is a very ordinary episode. You can probably tell from the lack of other reviews that this isnt worth watching.moreless
