At the end of the show, after Lily had the boys in her saloon move the picture over the bar-three different times-to the left, Dan says, "That picture...It's too far to the left." "I'll fix it." she promises him, staring up at him in disbelief that he could be as good as he seems to be.
Timmo tells Lily Dan had "a likeable look about him". Lily replies, "Yeah, if you like 'em carved out of rock." Johnny tells Dan "I saw her last night. That one they call 'Lily'. Oh, she sure is pretty." Dan agrees: "Yeah, Pretty like a little mountain cat." "What do you mean?" "Reach out to pet it and you pull back a stub!"
Dan Sheridan, who played Barney Tate in this episode, went on to play Jake Summers, Lily's bartender, during the last two years.
This show introduced Peggie Castle as Lily Merrill, who was an integral part of the show for the rest of its run.
