This was an episode for the most part, I liked. The lady that played Rena did an amazing job showing her descent into absolute madness. By episode's end, you were waiting for Dan and Johnny to throw a straightjacket on her. The one thing I didn't like was that they never really revealed whether or not Chad did kill Ben. Chad says he didn't. He was found not guilty, but Dan said he bribed a witness to lie on his behalf. However, they never offered any proof, nor did they have a confession, which is something I would have liked. I found myself at times feeling sorry for Chad, because they never actually proved that he did kill Ben. We know he didn't kill his father, because we actually saw that. My favorite scene was once again between Dan and Lily, where Dan reveals that he knows Rena was lying, and then ponders as to whether or not he ought to let Chad hang anyway. Lily, with her usual great advice, reminds Dan that as a Lawman, could he live with himself? John and Peggy were at their best in this scene.
