Episode Summary

Fallon, a ruthless bounty hunter, brings in a body of a wanted man and collects the reward from Dan, who knew him elsewhere and doesn't like him. After being told to leave town, Fallon shows Dan and Johnny a picture of the next man on his 'hit list'. Johnny knows him and tries to protect him from the killer, but is injured in the process. Finally, Dan must step in to stop another killing by Fallon.moreless

  • A bounty hunter who collects bounties once they are dead raises the eye of Dan when he arrives on Laramie.

    Interesting episode though not my favorite. A bounty hunter who usually likes his bounties dead gets the unwanted attention of Dan.

    Like I said not my favorite but then again Laramie is hardly a great town for everybody overrun with crooks, dirty gamblers and mostly men causing trouble. The bounty hunter was a cool character it's too bad he only wound up in this episode.

    There might have been potential for a bigger arc but for a half hour show it just wasn't possible so they made the Bounty Hunter look evil and immoral (which he wasn't).

    I think the Marshal oversteps his authority here for the first time as bounties are none of his business and as mentioned despite Dan's oath to keep the town clean the town gets dirtier and dirtier.moreless
