I think it's done the last episode was April of 2007 and it's October 2008 so i say it's done. I don't know if it's true but i heard the girl Stephane came out said she was gay so that might have hurt the show. I don't know if it's true or not.

I think you heard about this movie where she plays a lesbion I think. http://www.afixthemovie.com/ I watched the trailer and it's looks strange to me. Last I heard she still had a year left on contract with lazy town so maybe the episodes are in post production.

So i guess her doing a movie about being gay kinda made everyone think she was gay in real life. I bet since her show is on nick and with her doing a movie like that probably hurt the show and that's why it hasn't been on in 2 years.
