a good pilot episode to these ground breaking and hilariously twisted series.

from meeting the obsessive compulsive dentons, to the maniacal and satanic tubbs and edward tattsyrup at the local shop, through barbara the pre-op transexual and dr chinnery the hapless vet, to name a few, there are laughs a plenty.

the infamous mau mau scene is one of the most memorable of the entire series.

not forgetting pauline the demonic restart officer and the seemingly innocent farmer tinsel...... but that's another story

This was the first episode of the award winnig series. It dosen\'t have much of a story, it\'s just introducing the main charachters. Most of the sketchs are adapted from stage but if this is your first experience of the league of gentlemen then prepare yourself for a fine example of how dark and disturbingly funny comedy can get. You'l never leave.
